200813288 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於導電布的技術領域,尤指具有低表面電阻 且經顏色塗佈之防污導電布,及其製造方法。 【先前技術】 現有導電布一般係將布料進行無電解電鍍以形成金屬化 織物,當電鍍銅時導電布外觀呈金屬銅色、鍍銅鍵錄呈銀
灰鍍銀呈銀白色或鍍金呈金色。導電布柔軟、光滑且 透氣並具有重篁輕及易裁剪等優點。然而,由於導電布 之表面金屬化的結果,導電布無法使用一般布料之染色技 術染色’相較於顏色多樣化的一般布料,導電布的外觀單 調且在應用上的限制較大。 一此外’由於導電布之表面層為銅、鎳、、銀或金等金屬, 谷易受到使用環境的溫、溼度影響,且於作業時易受到手 痕或其他接觸影響,造成氧化、手痕、外觀污染或表面電 阻升高等缺陷。 習知有以聚氨酿樹脂或壓克力樹脂等添加導電碳黑㈣ 佈於v電布上’成為具有黑色導電性塗層之導電布。由方 =塗碳黑厚度厚’且碳黑導電性為約1Ω至^ 传具有m層之導電布無法保持原來導電布之低表面霉 阻。一般而言,導 分冤亭之表面電阻為約〇·〇〇7Ω /□至約1 G /□。此外,碳里夕w Α命 …、之…、色度不足以顯現亮麗的黑色度,更 甚者為只有早—之里#、按4史 _ν …、色k擇,對產品應用的選擇有極大的 限制。 il3856.doc 200813288 由於現有導電布具有顏色限制及易受舉境影響等缺失, 實有加以改良的必要。 【發明内容】 為了改善上述現有導電布的限制及缺弊,本發明之主要 目的在於提供一種可以在其上形成顏色、可防止人為或環 境影響其特性,並保持原有低表面電阻的導電布。

0·0〇7Ω /□至約〇」Q /□,而於塗佈有色樹脂塗層後的表面 電阻為約0.007Ω/□至約〇.1Ω/[:]。 本發明係利用低塗佈量塗佈,且多次塗佈均不超過導電 布之經緯紗交又凸點的技術,以於導電布之單面或雙面塗 佈所需的顏色,使得導電布呈現具有均句顏色且色度深之 外觀,導電布之表面金屬層由於薄樹脂塗層之保護而不會 受到人為或環境影響其外觀及導電性能,且經顏色塗佈之 導電布表面仍然具有與原導電布相同之導電性能,不會因 為塗佈塗層過厚而使其表面電阻升高。 本發明導電布具有有色外觀、人為或環境污染防止及低表 面電阻等特性。本發明之導電布經由塗佈或貼合導電偷 或熱熔料,可成騎f布”、導電布泡 概 二具:防輕射、防靜電等特性,可以防止由電子2 汽漏之^磁波影響自身或其他電子機器而產生誤動作。 以下貫施例係用㈣本發明作進—步說明,唯非用 制本發明之範圍。任何熟悉此項技藝之人士可輕易達成: 修飾及改變均包括於本案說明書揭示内容及所附" 113856.doc 200813288 範圍之範圍内。 實施例1 :經顏色塗佈之防污導電布的製備 進行下列步驟以製得經顏色塗佈之防污導電布: 織布·以l s曰纖維織成具有經向5 〇丹尼6纖維數、緯 向50丹尼/72纖維數、經向密度152條/英吋及緯向密度124 條/英吋’及厚度為〇.1 mm的平織布料。 無電解電鍍:將該布料經過精練洗淨、熱定型、表面粗 化及表面凋整後,進行無電解電鍍銅及鎳以將布料金屬 化; 其中無電解電鍍係技藝人士熟知的製程,其包含以下步 驟活化·在3〇c下,將布料於包含氯化鈀100 mg/L、氣 化亞錫10 g/L及鹽酸100 ml/L之溶液中浸潰3分鐘,然後完 全洗淨;接著速化:在45t下,將布料於鹽酸1〇〇㈤^中 /又/貝3刀鐘,然後元全洗淨;之後進行無電解鑛銅:在如 c下,將布料於包含硫酸銅10 g/L、甲醛7·5瓜、氫氧 化鈉8 g/L、乙二胺四醋骏四鈉鹽(ethylene‘ tetraaceuc acid tetrasodium salt; EDTA-4Na)30 g/L及安定 劑0.25 ml/L之溶液中浸潰2〇分鐘,以於布料上均勻鍍上金 屬銅25克/M2,然後完全洗淨;接著進行無電解鍍鎳:在 40°C下,將布料於包含硫酸鎳22 5 g/L、次亞磷酸鈉18 g/L、檸檬酸鈉〇·! M/L及氨水2〇 ml/L之溶液中浸潰5分 鐘,以於布料上均勻鍍上金屬鎳5克/M2,然後完全洗淨, 最後進行烘乾,以製得銀灰色導電布。 以 JIS K-7194,Mitsubishi Loresta MCP-T600進行四點探 I13856.doc -10- 200813288 針測試法,將測試抵針放於布料的表面測試表面電阻;測 得所製得之銀灰色導電布具有約0·03 Ω /□的表面電阻。 製備樹脂塗佈配方:將二液型聚氨酯樹脂100克、異氮 酸酯9克、丁酮50克、黑色碳黑5克及黑色顏料5克(其中黑 色顏料包含32%碳黑、3%分散劑、20%壓克力樹脂及45% 載體)混合以形成底部塗佈配方,其黏度為約5〇〇〇 cpS ;及 將一液型聚氨自旨樹脂100克、異氰酸醋3克、丁酮50克、專 色碳黑10克及黑色顏料10克(其中黑色顏料包含32%碳黑、 3%分散劑、20%壓克力樹脂及45%載體)混合以形成面料塗 佈配方,其黏度為約4000 cp。 刮刀塗佈··以懸浮式機台將調製好的樹脂塗佈配方塗佈 於導電布之金屬層上,其中該機台使用刀厚度2 mm之j型 刀,刀具下壓導電布接觸面2 mm之條件。先以底部塗佈配 方於導電布上塗佈約5克/M2,覆蓋布料之凹點區域,但不 超過布料之經緯向紗線的交叉凸點,接著以約· 12(rc烘烤 約1分鐘,再以面料塗佈配方塗佈約5克/M2於布料之凹點 區域上’同樣不超過布料之經緯向紗線的交叉凸點,再以 約12 0 C烘烤約1分鐘,以形成經顏色塗佈之防污導電布。 比較例1 :經碳黑塗佈之防污導電布的製備 同實施例1之織布及無電解電鍍步驟以形成具有約0 03 Ω/□的表面電阻之銀灰色導電布,接著於導電布之金屬 層上塗佈包含導電碳黑之樹脂塗佈配方。首先,以包含二 液型聚氨酯樹脂100克、丁酮5〇克、異氰酸酯9克及導電碳 黑5克,且黏度約5000 cps之底部樹脂塗料配方,於導電布 113856.doc -11 - 200813288 上形成一底部塗層,接著以包含一液型聚氨酯樹脂100 克、丁酮50克、異氰酸酯3克及導電碳黑1 〇克,且黏度約 4000 cps之面料樹脂塗料配方,於導電布上形成一表面塗 層’底部塗層及面料塗層之乾膜總厚度為約〇 〇8 ,以 製得經碳黑塗佈之灰黑色防污導電布。 表1列出實施例1與比較例1所製得導電布及未經塗佈之 ^電布的布料顏色、布料厚度、表面電阻、防污性能及屏 蔽性能。 防污性能係以裁剪經向及緯向1〇公分χ1〇公分之導電布 料測试樣,測試手痕對於材料表面污染性及殘留痕跡,其 中〇··幾乎無污染痕跡,△:少許污染痕跡,及χ ••污染 痕跡非常嚴重)。
