200815305 九、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係有關以輕量砂漿、修補砂漿爲始之塗牆材料 •磁磚砂漿等之水硬性組成物,更詳細者係有關改善刮塗 作業性,提高塗佈時作業效率之水硬性組成物。 【先前技術】 塗牆材料等以泥刀塗抹之水硬性組成物,自古係藉由 添加天然物之「角叉菜」等海草後,以確保塗佈時之作業 性。之後,被開發出作爲半合成樹脂之甲基纖維素,往後 被用於一般塗佈。 有關此水硬性組成物,所要求之物性係被期待良好的 作業性(易塗、易完成)、高保水性(防止過乾等之硬化 不良)、抗垂流(不吻合)性(防止經由塗佈之砂漿自聚 而變形、防止黏貼磁磚之不吻合)等,近年來作業現場之 合理化一再進步,此等要求亦日益精進。 特開平11-3493 67號公報(專利文獻1)中被揭示有 混凝土領域中做爲適合應用法者如:陰離子界面活性劑之 AE劑與聚氧化烯共聚物等之收縮降低劑之組合,惟其中 所記載之混凝土領域中之添加量適用於本發明時,其量太 大,作業性明顯低劣,同時造成硬化物性之不良影響,而 無法達成本發明目的。 [專利文獻1]特開平1 1 -3493 67號公報 200815305 【發明內容】 本發明鑑於上述情況,提供一種不損及水硬性組成物 之物性,可改善刮塗作業性,提高作業效率之水硬性組成 物爲其目的者。 本發明者爲達成該目的,進行精密硏討後結果發現, 藉由組合具有起泡性之陰離子系界面活性劑與非離子系之 界面活性劑之消泡劑後,可明顯改善刮塗作業,進而完成 本發明。 因此,本發明係提供一種含有至少1種陰離子系之起 泡性之界面活性劑(A群),至少1種非離子系之消泡劑 之界面活性劑(B群),以及含水溶性纖維素醚之水硬性 組成物,其特徵爲相對於水硬性組成物中之粉體物質,其 A、B群分別之界面活性劑之添加量以固形份分別爲 0.000005〜0.004質量%,且其水溶性纖維素醚之添加量爲 水硬性組成物之〇.〇2〜1.2質量%之水硬性組成物。 本發明係不損及水硬性組成物之保水性、強度特性, 可明顯改善刮塗作業性。 【實施方式】 [發明實施之最佳形態] 以下,針對本發明進行詳細說明。 本發明係含有於陰離子系中具有起泡性之界面活性劑 (A群)、非離子系之消泡劑之界面活性劑(B群)之水 硬性組成物。通常,於水硬性組成物中添加具有起泡性之 -5- 200815305 界面活性劑後,則降低水硬性組成物之單位容積質量,故 可改善刮塗作業性,惟其保水性卻不良,降低水硬性組成 物自體之強度等不適度產生。另外’添加消泡劑之界面活 性劑時,則增加水硬性組成物之單位容積質量,出現刮塗 作業性明顯不良之缺點。 本發明相關結構雖未明朗,惟可推定並非單使用起泡 劑與消泡劑可調整組成物中之空氣量,有效改善作業性, 而是經由對無機粉體之界面活性劑之吸附現象以改善粉體 表面性效果有密切關係。 做爲本發明水硬性組成物中之陰離子系中具有氣泡性 之界面活性劑(A群)者如:脂肪酸皂系、醯胺醚硫醚系 、月桂苯磺酸系、月桂酸系、月桂硫酸系、月桂醯替肌氨 酸酯、磺琥珀酸系、烷基硫醚系、烷醚硫醚系等例。相對 於粉體物質,其添加量作成固形份爲0.000005〜0.004質量 %者宜,較佳者爲 0.0000 1〜0.003 5質量%,更佳者爲 0.00005〜0.003質量%。當具有陰離子系之氣泡性之界面活 性劑之添加量未達0.000005質量%時,則無法改善作業性 效果,反之超出0 · 0 0 4質量%則水硬性組成物中滲入太多 空氣,而降低強度。 另外,作爲非離子系之消泡劑界面活性劑(B群)例 者如:聚醚系、聚矽氧系、醇系、鑛油系、植物油系等例 。相對於粉體物質,其添加量以固形份爲0.000005〜0.004 質量%者宜,較佳者爲0.00001〜0.0035質量%,更佳者爲 0.00005〜0.003質量%。非離子系消泡劑界面活性劑之添加 -6 - 200815305 量若未達0.000005質量%時’則無法改善作業性,反之超 出0.004質量%則滲入空氣過大反而使作業性惡化。 又,具有陰離子系之起泡性之界面活性劑(A群)與 非離子系之消泡劑界面活性劑(B群)之添加比例爲 A/B = 10/90〜90/10(固形份質量比)者宜,較佳者爲 A/B = 20/80〜80/20,更佳者爲 A/B = 30/70〜70/30。當添加比 例(A/B)不在10/90〜90/10之範圍時,則經由A群產生 φ 過多起泡,導致水硬性組成物強度降低,太多B群則滲入 過多必要空氣,作業性明顯惡化。 此等界面活性劑之添加量更爲極微量,因此,作爲A 群、B群之界面活性劑者,亦可使用浸漬於二氧化矽質微 粉末等之無機載體、纖維素醚等有機載體者。作爲界面活 性劑之載體之二氧化矽質微粉末中,如:白碳等無晶形二 氧化矽、矽藻土類之多孔質二氧化矽、多孔質矽酸鈣等例 。作爲界面活性劑之載體之纖維素醚中如:後述之水溶性 • 烷基纖維素、水溶性羥基烷基纖維素、水溶性羥基烷基烷 基纖維素等例。 此時,界面活性劑/有機或無機載體=3 0/70〜5/95 (固 形份質量比)之比例下使用爲宜。 本發明水硬性組成物爲確保保水性、可塑性、更含有 水溶性纖維素醚。具體例如:甲基纖維素、羥丙基'甲基纖 維素、羥乙基甲基纖維素等水溶性烷基纖維素、羥乙基纖 維素、羥丙基纖維素等之水溶性羥烷基纖維素、羥乙基乙 基纖維素等之水溶性羥烷基烷基纖維素等例。水溶性纖維 -7- 200815305 素醚之添加量爲總組成物之0.02〜1.2質量%者宜,較佳者 爲0.03〜0·7質量%,更佳者爲〇.〇4〜0.55質量%。當水溶 性纖維素醚之添加量小於0.02質量%則無法出現充足的保 水性,導致硬化後之剝落原因。反之超出1.2質量%則黏 性太高,不僅無法改善作業性,經濟面亦不佳。 水溶性纖維素醚之黏度通常於20°C,1質量%水溶液 時,以 B型或布魯克菲爾型黏度計20rpm、5〜30,000mPa • s者宜,較佳者爲 1〇〜1〇,〇〇〇 mPa · s,更佳者爲 1 5〜7,0 0 0 m P a · s。當黏度低於5 m P a · s時,則水硬性組 成物之保水性將不足,反之,超出3 0,000 mPa· s則水硬 性組成物之黏度太高,無法期待作業性改善效果。 本發明水硬性組成物除上述成份之外,可含有水泥、 石膏、細骨材、無機增量材料、有機增量材料、水等。 作爲水泥者可使用如:普通水泥、高強度快硬波特蘭 水泥、中熱水泥、高爐水泥、矽水泥、飄塵水泥、氧化鋁 水泥、噴射水泥等各種水泥。又,亦可以石膏取代部份或 全部之水泥使用之,如:可使用半水石膏。更爲了凝固調 整亦可添加無水石膏或二水石膏。水泥或石膏之添加量( 以下有關添加量係使水泥、石膏、細骨材、增量材之合計 質量以1 00質量份記之,有關其他混合劑以對於該1 〇〇質 量份之質量%記之)爲15〜85質量份者宜,較佳者爲 20〜80質量份,更佳者爲25〜75質量份。當添加量少於15 質量份時,則硬化明顯延緩,導致未硬化等不良狀態出現 。反之添加量多於8 5質量份時’則導致乾燥收縮、自體 -8- 200815305 收縮、硬化後表面出現割裂等不良狀態。 細骨材以川砂、山砂、海砂、碎砂等 牆用細骨材。其粒徑爲5 m以下者宜,較作 ’更丨土者爲1mm以下。此添加量以85〜1 下使用者宜,較佳者爲80〜20質量份,更 量份之範圍下使用之。又,亦可將部份細 或有機增量材料,作爲無機增量材料一般 咼爐爐渣、滑石、碳酸齡、大理石粉(石 體、白砂粒等,粒徑通常使用5mm以下 量材料者一般使用發泡苯乙烯球、發泡乙 物等。此等粒徑通常使用1 0 m m以下者。 此外,在不影響水硬性組成物之物性 用具有防垂流、滑動效果之聚乙烯醇、聚 二醇、聚丙烯醯胺等之合成高分子、果膠 、文萊膠(Welan Gum )、香葉膠、槐豆 澱粉衍生物等之源於天然物之高分子等, 等。 本發明水硬性組成物進一步添加水, 、施工,而一般添加水之量以不損及強度 ,取得所定之可使用性之量者宜。 [實施例] 以下顯示實施例及比較例’具體說明 明並未受限於實施例。 爲宜,可使用塗 巨者爲2mm以下 5質量份之範圍 佳者爲75〜25質 骨材變更爲無機 使用飄塵水泥、 灰石粉)、珠粒 者。作爲有機增 烯乙烯醇之粉碎 範圍下,亦可倂 環氧乙烷、聚乙 、明膠、酪蛋白 膠、古柯豆膠、 其他強度增強劑 依常法進行混煉 物性等之範圍下 本發明,惟本發 -9 - 200815305 <<使用材料>> 水泥:普通水泥(太平洋material公司製) 半水石膏:試藥(和光純藥公司製) 三河矽砂:5、6號(三河矽砂公司製) 飄麈水泥:市·售品(常磐飄塵水泥公司製) 碳酸鈣:試藥(和光純藥公司製) 發泡苯乙烯球··粒徑1mm以下 再乳化型粉末樹脂:LDM 7100P ( nichigomobinil公 司製) 陰離子系起泡劑(界面活性劑):如表1所示 非離子系消泡劑(界面活性劑):如表2所示 水溶性纖維素醚:如表3所示 [表1] 試料 No. 樣品名 組成 製造公司 A-1 lipon 烷基芳基硫酸鹽 lion A-2 email 烷基硫酸鹽 花王 A-3 醯胺 醯胺醚硫酸鹽 曰本油脂 A-4 persoft 烷醚硫酸鹽 曰本油脂 A-5 nonsal 脂肪酸鹼 曰本油脂 [表2] 試料 No. 樣品名 組成 製造公司 B-1 nopcoPD-1 鑛油系 S anno p c 〇 B-2 pluronicL61 聚氧化烯二醇 旭電化工業 B-3 KM73 改性聚矽氧 信越化學工業 -10· 200815305 表1及表2所示之界面活性劑係使用全部浸漬於矽質 微粉末(調整爲界面活性劑/矽質微粉末=5 0/5 0 (固形份質 量比))者。 [表3] 試料 No. 組成 置換度 1質量〇/冰溶液黏度 (mPa · s) 製造公司 OMe(DS) OHP(MS) OHE(MS) C-1 MC 1.8 - _ 6.2 信越化學工業 C-2 HPMC 1.4 0.20 • 29,000 信越化學工業 C-3 HPMC 1.4 0.20 • 310 信越化學工業 C-4 HEC - - 2.20 9,580 SETyrose C-5 HPMC 1.4 0.20 • 2,300 信越化學工業 C-6 HEMC 1.5 - 0.30 5,200 信越化學工業 HPMC :羥丙基甲基纖維素(羥基烷基烷基纖維素) HEMC :羥乙基甲基纖維素(羥烷基烷基纖維素) HEC :羥乙基纖維素(羥基烷基纖維素) MC:甲基纖維素(烷基纖維素) [實施例1〜1〇、比較例1〜5 ) 將上述材料以表4〜8所示之配合藉由下述方法進行調 製,取得水硬性組成物。利用此組成物,進行台浮、作業 性、保水率、彎曲強度之實驗。結果示於表4〜8。 又,下述表4〜8中有關試料a、B、C之添加量係對 於粉體物質(如:水及試料A〜C以外之物質)之固形份 質量%、有關水之添加量係對於試料A〜C以外之物質的合 計量之質量%。另外,試料A/試料B爲固形份質量比。 -11 - 200815305
