Her ne kadar internet servis saglayicilari kullanicilarina çocuk profili gibi belirli profil seçimleri ile internet erisimlerini sinirlamaya çalissa da sunulan hizmette içerik açisindan bir sinirlandirma ve kontrol saglayamamaktadir. Bu nedenle günümüzde kullanicilarin elektronik cihazlari ile ulasabilecekleri dijital içeriklerin belirlenmesini ve kategorilere bölümlendirilerek hangi kullanicinin hangi içerige ulasmasi gerektiginin Önceden belirlenmesini saglayan çözümlere ihtiyaç duyulmaktadir. Sunucu (5) medya uygulamasi (3) ile kullaniciya iletilen ve izlenen dijital içerikleri takip ederek kullanici için bir rapor olusturmak üzere yapilandirilmaktadir.
