Description

To facilitate and clarify the recording of the runtime of participants in sports competitions, a receiver is provided for tags, in which, according to the invention, each of the partitions obtained by reciprocal separation of a series of transverse movable partitions is successively inserted into the crate of the box each of the partitions is connected to the springs thrust and held in the extreme position by the latch, which is released after a certain period of time.

The proposed receiver for tags is made in the form of an elongated box 1 with a length of about 1 m, provided with an extension of 2 in front, designed to attach extended spring strut g 3 (e.g., elastic bands) while the receiver is in operation. In the non-working position, the elastic bands are reduced and strengthened in the extension 2. The upper crate of the box (pull-out or folding on the loops) is provided with an elliptical shape with a lace 4, through which tags are thrown into the box. On the front wall of the box, a device for launching charged compartments, consisting of a metal rod 5, provided with a steering ring 6 at the front end (outside the box) for turning the rod through 90 °, is strengthened. At the rear end of the rod (inside the crate) there is a metal washer 7 (Fig. 2) of elongated shape to keep the compartments in a charged state. Three metal rods 8 pass through the box throughout its length, two of which are located in the upper part and the third one is lower; the rods are tightened with nuts. Wood (plywood) partitions 9 (11 pieces are shown in the drawing) are placed on the rods 8, differing from each other (adjacent) only in width (Fig. 4, 5). Partitions 9 in the middle have holes 10, corresponding in shape to the metal washer of the trigger rod, but somewhat larger than it. Each of the compartments (in this case, ten), in the stretched position, is successively supplied under the opening 4. If the receiver is in uncharged state, all partitions are pulled to the front of the crate. With the working positions of the receiver, all the partitions are strung on the trigger bar 5, which is in a neutral state, i.e. its washer 7 is located across the opening of the first partition and holds all other partitions. There are wood pads 11 between the partitions (Fig. 1), so that in the "charged state" the compartments are separated from each other at certain distances (about 15 mm) necessary for them to collect the folds of the material.

With a larger number of participants participating at the finish, several receivers are installed (3-4 shtyuchki) with an interval of 8-10 meters. Each receiver has a judge on duty. At the signal of the senior timekeeper, the person on duty at the receiver turns the trigger rod 90 ° in either direction.
