Description

In order to facilitate the sorting of the typesetting material during the disassembly of printed forms in the proposed device, a box divided by bulkheads into separate cells was used, in order to empty the latter from C1 of opivshi material, the bottom of each cell was made retractable, and the entire box was raised above the table using a stand.

The shallow, open at the top, box (Fig. 1) is divided by partitions into a number of rectangular cells of various sizes, iia each of which is provided with a separate retractable bottom (Fig. 2). For the installation of the box it is designed with a frame with edges (FIG. 3) with four pairs, of unequal length, with legs at the corners, located on them with a slight inclination to the horizontal plane. From the front, lower side

the stand is equipped with two or three shelves a and b for the type-boards (Fig. 4).

When parsing printed forms, the typesetting material is laid out in individual cells of the box. When a cell fills up or a given one is required, the retractable bottom opens and the contents of the cell fall down. In order not to have to transfer the sorted material in small portions, it is accumulated in larger quantities in separate benchboards (Fig. 4) located on the shelves a, b.

A device for parsing typesetting plates, characterized in that it consists of divided partitions into cells for various typesetting boxes (Fig. 1), equipped with retractable metal plates (Fig. 2) - instead of the bottom and mounted on an inclined frame (Fig. 3 ), with shelves a, b for the layout.
