Claims (41)

1. Соединение формулы (I)

X1 представляет собой N или CR1;
R1 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, галогена, циано, С16алкила, С36циклоалкила, С26алкенила, С26алкинила, C16алкокси, -С(О)ОС16алкила, -S(O)pC16алкила, NR6R7, C16галогеналкокси и С16галогеналкила;
R2 выбран из группы, состоящей из галогена, циано, нитро, C16алкила, С16галогеналкила, С26алкенила, С26алкинила, С36циклоалкила, -С(O)ОС16алкила, -S(O)р16алкил), C16алкокси и C16галогеналкокси;
R3 представляет собой -C(O)R9;
R4 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, C16алкила, С16галогеналкила, С36алкенила, С36алкинила, СrалкоксиCsалкила, -СrалкоксиСsгалогеналкила, СrалкоксиСsтиоалкила, -C(O)R9 и -(CRaRb)qR5;
каждый Ra независимо представляет собой водород или C12алкил;
каждый Rb независимо представляет собой водород или C12алкил;
Rc представляет собой водород или С14алкил;
R5 представляет собой -С(O)ОС16алкил, -С36циклоалкил, циано, -NR6R7, -C(O)NRaRb, -S(O)p(R11)n, -арил или -гетероарил, при этом указанные арил и гетероарил необязательно замещены 1-3 независимыми R8;
R6 и R7 независимо выбраны из группы, состоящей из водорода и С16алкила;
каждый R8 независимо выбран из группы, состоящей из галогена, С16алкила и С16алкокси-, C16галогеналкила, C16галогеналкокси-, циано и S(O)Р1-C6алкил);
каждый R9 независимо выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, C16алкила, СrалкоксиCsалкила, C16галогеналкила,
СrалкоксиCsгалогеналкила, С26алкенила, С26алкинила и -(CRaRb)qR10;
или R4 и R9 вместе с атомами, к которым они присоединены, образуют 5-7-членную кольцевую систему, содержащую 1-3 гетероатома, при этом по меньшей мере один гетероатом представляет собой N, и любой дополнительный гетероатом независимо выбран из S, О и N;
R10 представляет собой -C(O)ORc, -OC(O)Rc, -С36циклоалкил или -арильное, -арилокси-, -гетероарильное, -гетероарилокси- или -гетероциклильное кольцо, при этом указанное кольцо необязательно замещено 1-3 независимыми R8;
каждый n независимо равняется 0 или 1;
p равняется 0, 1 или 2;
каждый q независимо равняется 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 или 6;
r равняется 1, 2, 3, 4 или 5;
s равняется 1, 2, 3, 4 или 5, и сумма r+s равна 6 или меньше; и
R11 представляет собой C16алкил.
2. Соединение формулы (I) по п. 1, где X1 представляет собой N.
3. Соединение формулы (I) по п. 1, где X1 представляет собой CR1, и R1 представляет собой галоген или циано.
4. Соединение формулы (I) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где R2 представляет собой галоген, циано, C16алкил или C16галогеналкил.
5. Соединение формулы (I) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где в R3 R9 представляет собой C16алкил, C13галогеналкил, C13алкоксиС13алкил или -(CRaRb)qR10.
6. Соединение формулы (I) по п. 5, где R10 представляет собой -C(O)ORc, -OC(O)Rc, циклопропил, циклобутил, циклопентил, циклогексил или кольцевую систему, выбранную из фенила, фенокси, пиридинила, пиримидинила, тиазолила и тиофенила, при этом указанная кольцевая система необязательно замещена 1-3 независимыми R8.
7. Соединение формулы (I) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где R4 выбран из группы, состоящей из водорода, С14алкила, С36алкенила, СrалкоксиCsалкила, СrалкилтиоCsалкила, С36алкинила, С13галогеналкила, СrалкоксиCsгалогеналкила, -C(O)R9 и -(CRaRb)qR5.
8. Соединение формулы (I) по п. 7, где R4 представляет собой -C(O)R9, и указанный R9 представляет собой C13алкил, С24алкенил или -(CRaRb)qR10.
9. Соединение формулы (I) по п. 7, где R4 представляет собой -(CRaRb)qR5, и при этом в R4
q равняется 1, 2 или 3;
Ra и Rb независимо представляют собой водород, метил или этил; и
R5 представляет собой -C(O)NRaRb, -NR6R7, циано, -С36циклоалкил, -арил или -гетероарил, при этом указанные арил и гетероарил необязательно замещены 1-3 независимыми R8.
10. Соединение формулы (I) по любому из пп. 1-4, где R4 и R9 вместе с атомами, к которым они присоединены, образуют 5-7-членную кольцевую систему, содержащую 1-3 гетероатома, при этом по меньшей мере один гетероатом представляет собой N, и любой дополнительный гетероатом независимо выбран из S, О и N.
11. Гербицидная композиция, содержащая гербицидно эффективное количество соединения формулы (I) по любому из предыдущих пунктов и приемлемое с точки зрения сельского хозяйства вспомогательное средство для составления.
12. Гербицидная композиция по п. 11, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере один дополнительный пестицид.
13. Гербицидная композиция по п. 12, где дополнительный пестицид представляет собой гербицид или антидот гербицида.
14. Способ контроля сорняков в месте произрастания, предусматривающий применение к месту произрастания достаточного для контроля сорняков количества соединения по любому из пп. 1-10 или достаточного для контроля сорняков количества композиции по любому из пп. 11-14.
15. Применение соединения формулы (I) по любому из пп. 1-10 в качестве гербицида.
