Claims (27)

1. Цеолит RHO, имеющий соотношение Si/Al от 3,2 до 4,5 и содержащий непротонные внерешеточные катионы, причем цеолит содержит не более 1 протона на элементарную ячейку, и, при этом, размер, количество и заряд внерешеточных катионов, которые присутствуют в цеолите, таковы, что требуется 1 или меньшее количество непротонных внерешеточных катионов на элементарную ячейку для занятия положений 8-членного кольца.
2. Цеолит по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что цеолит имеет соотношение Si/Al от 3,6 до 4,2.
3. Цеолит по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что непротонные внерешеточные катионы включают катионы Li+, Mg2+, Mn2+, Fe2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+ и/или Zn2+.
4. Цеолит по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что непротонные внерешеточные катионы включают катионы Li+ и/или Zn2+.
5. Цеолит по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что указанные катионы Li+ и/или Zn2+ составляют большинство внерешеточных катионов, которые присутствуют на элементарную ячейку.
6. Цеолит по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что указанные катионы Li+ и/или Zn2+ составляют по меньшей мере 70% от внерешеточных катионов, которые присутствуют на элементарную ячейку.
7. Цеолит по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что указанные катионы Li+ и/или Zn2+ составляют по меньшей мере 80% внерешеточных катионов, которые присутствуют на элементарную ячейку.
8. Цеолит по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что длина оси элементарной ячейки цеолита составляет от 14,23 Å до 14,55 Å.
9. Цеолит по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что длина оси элементарной ячейки цеолита составляет от 14,23 Å до 14,50 Å.
10. Цеолит по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что длина оси элементарной ячейки цеолита составляет от 14,30 Å до 14,45 Å.
11. Цеолит по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что цеолит выбран из Li7,4Zn1,2RHO(3,9), Li5,2Zn1,8H0,5Na0,5RHO(3,9), Zn4,1Li1,1Na0,5RHO(3,9), Zn5,7RHO(3,2) и Zn4,9RHO(3,9).
12     12. Цеолит по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что длина оси элементарной ячейки цеолита составляет от 14,45 Å до 14,85 Å.
13. Цеолит по п. 12, отличающийся тем, что цеолит выбран из Zn4,1Li1,1Na0,5RHO(3,9) и Zn4,9RHO(3,9).
14. Способ адсорбирования кислорода из сырьевого потока, содержащего кислород, включающий в себя пропускание сырьевого потока сквозь слой адсорбента, содержащего цеолит RHO по п. 8, для адсорбции кислорода из сырьевого потока, с получением таким образом потока продукта, обедненного кислородом.
15. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что сырьевой поток содержит кислород и один или оба из азота и аргона, а поток продукта обеднен кислородом и обогащен одним или обоими из азота и аргона.
16. Способ по п. 14, отличающийся тем, что способ представляет собой способ PSA, включающий в себя стадию адсорбции, проводимую при повышенном давлении, в ходе которой сырьевой поток пропускают сквозь слой адсорбента, содержащий цеолит RHO по п. 8, для адсорбции кислорода из сырьевого потока, и стадию десорбции, проводимую при пониженном давлении, в ходе которой кислород с предыдущей стадии адсорбции десорбируют из слоя, чтобы регенерировать слой для последующей стадии адсорбции.
17. Способ адсорбирования азота из сырьевого потока, содержащего азот и аргон, включающий в себя пропускание сырьевого потока сквозь слой адсорбента, содержащего цеолит RHO по п. 12, для адсорбции азота из сырьевого потока, с получением таким образом потока продукта, обедненного азотом и обогащенного аргоном.
18. Способ по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что способ представляет собой способ PSA, включающий в себя стадию адсорбции, проводимую при повышенном давлении, в ходе которой сырьевой поток пропускают сквозь слой адсорбента, содержащего цеолит RHO по п. 12, для адсорбции азота из сырьевого потока, и стадию десорбции, проводимую при пониженном давлении, в ходе которой азот с предыдущей стадии адсорбции десорбируют из слоя, чтобы регенерировать слой для последующей стадии адсорбции.
19. Способ адсорбирования кислорода и азота из сырьевого потока, содержащего кислород, азот и аргон, включающий в себя пропускание сырьевого потока сквозь один или более слоев адсорбента, содержащие первый адсорбент, селективный к азоту, чтобы адсорбировать азот из сырьевого потока, и второй адсорбент, селективный к кислороду, чтобы адсорбировать кислород из сырьевого потока, с получением таким образом потока продукта, обогащенного аргоном и обедненного кислородом и азотом, причем первый адсорбент содержит цеолит RHO по п. 12.
20. Способ по п. 19, отличающийся тем, что второй адсорбент содержит цеолит RHO по п. 8.
21. Способ по п. 19, отличающийся тем, что первый адсорбент имеет постоянную закона Генри для азота от 0,5 до 3,0 ммоль/г/бар абсолютного давления при 37,78°С.
22. Способ по п. 19, отличающийся тем, что способ представляет собой способ PSA, включающий в себя стадию адсорбции, проводимую при повышенном давлении, в ходе которой сырьевой поток пропускают сквозь слой адсорбента, содержащий первый и второй адсорбенты для адсорбции азота и кислорода, соответственно, с получением таким образом потока продукта, обогащенного аргоном и обедненного кислородом и азотом, и стадию десорбции, проводимую при пониженном давлении, в ходе которой кислород и азот с предыдущей стадии адсорбции десорбируют из слоя, чтобы регенерировать слой для последующей стадии адсорбции.
23. Способ по п. 22, отличающийся тем, что слой адсорбента содержит первый слой, содержащий первый адсорбент, и второй слой, содержащий второй адсорбент, причем первый и второй слои расположены таким образом, что в ходе стадии адсорбции сырьевой поток проходит сквозь первый слой и приводится в контакт с первым адсорбентом для адсорбции азота перед прохождением сквозь второй слой и приведением в контакт со вторым адсорбентом для адсорбции кислорода.
24. Способ получения цеолита NaCsRHO с желаемым соотношением Si/Al, включающий в себя введение в смесь для получения цеолита RHO затравки цеолита NaCsRHO с желаемым соотношением Si/Al, а также старение и кристаллизацию смеси для получения цеолита RHO с затравкой, с желаемым соотношением Si/Al.
25. Способ по п. 24, отличающийся тем, что смесь для получения RHO представляет собой водную смесь, содержащую 18-краун-6, воду и источники диоксида кремния, оксида алюминия, натрия и цезия.
26. Способ получения цеолита RHO, содержащего катионы Zn2+ и Li+, включающий в себя получение исходного цеолита, выбранного из цеолита NaRHO или (NH4)RHO или Na(NH4)RHO, обмен некоторых или всех катионов Na+ и/или NH4 + в исходном цеолите на катионы Zn2+, с получением цинк-обменного цеолита RHO, и последующий обмен некоторых из катионов в цинк-обменном цеолите RHO с получением цеолита RHO, содержащего катионы Zn2+ и Li+.
27. Способ по п. 26, отличающийся тем, что стадия получения исходного цеолита включает в себя обмен катионов Na+ и Cs+ в цеолите NaCsRHO на катионы NH4 + с получением цеолита (NH4)RHO и, необязательно, последующий обмен некоторых или всех катионов NH4 + в цеолите (NH4)RHO на катионы Na+.
