Abstract
Устройство двухпараметрового контроля толщины электропроводных покрытий, содержащее генератор возбуждающего сигнала, вихретоковый трансформаторный преобразователь с ферритовым сердечником, обмоткой возбуждения и встречно включенными измерительной и компенсационной обмотками, средняя точка которых соединена с нулевой цепью, первый и второй усилители, фазовый детектор, фильтр низкой частоты, амплитудный детектор и микроконтроллер с аналого-цифровым преобразователем, первый выход микроконтроллера является выходом устройства, отличающееся тем, что в него введены двухканальный аналоговый переключатель и коммутатор напряжения, выход которого соединен с первым входом микроконтроллера, первый и второй конденсаторы, подключенные параллельно соответственно к компенсационной и измерительной обмоткам вихретокового трансформаторного преобразователя, а концы этих обмоток через первый и второй усилители подключены соответственно к двум входам двухканального аналогового переключателя, первый выход которого через амплитудный детектор соединен с первым входом коммутатора напряжения, второй вход которого через фильтр низкой частоты подключен к выходу фазового детектора, два входа которого соединены с первым и вторым выходами двухканального аналогового переключателя, управляющий вход которого соединен со вторым выходом микроконтроллера, третий выход которого подключен к управляющему входу коммутатора напряжения.A device for two-parameter control of the thickness of electrically conductive coatings, containing an excitation signal generator, an eddy current transformer converter with a ferrite core, an excitation winding and back-to-back measuring and compensation windings, the midpoint of which is connected to the zero circuit, the first and second amplifiers, a phase detector, a low-frequency filter, an amplitude detector and a microcontroller with an analog-to-digital converter, the first output of the microcontroller is the output of the device, characterized in that it contains a two-channel analog switch and a voltage switch, the output of which is connected to the first input of the microcontroller, the first and second capacitors are connected in parallel, respectively, to the compensation and measuring windings of the eddy current transformer converter, and the ends of these windings through the first and second amplifiers are connected respectively to two inputs of a two-channel analog switch, the first output of which is connected through the amplitude detector to the first input of the voltage switch, the second input of which is connected to the output of the phase detector through a low-frequency filter, two the inputs of which are connected to the first and second outputs of a two-channel analog switch, the control input of which is connected to the second output of the microcontroller, the third output of which is connected to the control input of the voltage switch.
