Abstract
1. Устройство для получения отливок направленной кристаллизацией, содержащее камеру индукционной печи плавки с поворотным плавильно-заливочным блоком, состоящим из тигля и индуктора, опирающимся на ось, соединенную с камерой печи, камеру индукционной печи нагрева литейной формы, внутри камеры расположен нагревательный блок, состоящий из индуктора, термоизолятора и электропроводящего нагревателя, расположенных концентрично, камеру загрузки, литейную форму, расположенную на штоке, оснащенном механизмом вертикального перемещения, вакуумный затвор, расположенный между камерами печи нагрева и загрузки, заливочную воронку, опору заливочной воронки, установленной на подвеске, отличающееся тем, что камера печи плавки и камера печи нагрева выполнены из цилиндрических кварцевых труб, между торцами труб располагается водоохлаждаемая металлическая проставка, имеющая отверстие для соединения с вакуумной системой, плавильно-заливочный блок опирается на стойки, стойки плавильно-заливочного блока и опора заливочной воронки размещены на проставке, индуктор печи нагрева размещен снаружи камеры, шток оснащен механизмом поворота относительно вертикальной оси, в штоке выполнено центральное отверстие для подачи инертного газа к основанию литейной формы.2. Устройство для получения отливок направленной кристаллизацией по п.1, отличающееся тем, что проставка выполнена из хромоникелевой стали.3. Устройство для получения отливок направленной кристаллизацией по п.1, отличающееся тем, что между камерой печи нагрева и вакуумным затвором дополнительно установлен кольцевой водоохлаждаемый металлический переходник.1.
