Abstract
1. Облицованное матом цементирующее композитное изделие, включающее:(a) цементирующее ядро;(b) цементирующий слой тонкослойного покрытия в контакте с цементирующим ядром, обладающий плотностью, большей, чем у цементирующего ядра; и(c) волокнистый мат, включающий (i) микроволокна и (ii) непрерывные волокна, имеющие длину приблизительно 0,6 см или более; где волокнистый мат включает внутреннюю поверхность в контакте с цементирующим слоем тонкослойного покрытия.2. Облицованное матом изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что и непрерывные волокна, и микроволокна являются стеклянными волокнами.3. Облицованное матом изделие по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что непрерывные волокна имеют диаметр приблизительно 15 мкм или более.4. Облицованное матом изделие по п.3, отличающееся тем, что микроволокна имеют диаметр от приблизительно 0,25 до приблизительно 5 мкм.5. Способ изготовления облицованного матом цементирующего изделия, включающий этапы, на которых:(a) обеспечивают волокнистый мат, имеющий внутреннюю поверхность, при этом волокнистый мат включает (i) микроволокна и (ii) непрерывные волокна, имеющие длину приблизительно 0,6 см или более;(b) наносят водный слой тонкослойного покрытия цементирующей суспензии на внутреннюю поверхность первого волокнистого мата и(с) наносят водную цементирующую суспензию ядра на верхнюю часть суспензии тонкослойного покрытия для формирования облицованного матом композитного изделия.6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает этап, на котором (d) формируют композитное изделие в панель.7. Claims (11)
1. Облицованное матом цементирующее композитное изделие, включающее:
(a) цементирующее ядро;
(b) цементирующий слой тонкослойного покрытия в контакте с цементирующим ядром, обладающий плотностью, большей, чем у цементирующего ядра; и
(c) волокнистый мат, включающий (i) микроволокна и (ii) непрерывные волокна, имеющие длину приблизительно 0,6 см или более; где волокнистый мат включает внутреннюю поверхность в контакте с цементирующим слоем тонкослойного покрытия.
2. Облицованное матом изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что и непрерывные волокна, и микроволокна являются стеклянными волокнами.
3. Облицованное матом изделие по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что непрерывные волокна имеют диаметр приблизительно 15 мкм или более.
4. Облицованное матом изделие по п.3, отличающееся тем, что микроволокна имеют диаметр от приблизительно 0,25 до приблизительно 5 мкм.
5. Способ изготовления облицованного матом цементирующего изделия, включающий этапы, на которых:
(a) обеспечивают волокнистый мат, имеющий внутреннюю поверхность, при этом волокнистый мат включает (i) микроволокна и (ii) непрерывные волокна, имеющие длину приблизительно 0,6 см или более;
(b) наносят водный слой тонкослойного покрытия цементирующей суспензии на внутреннюю поверхность первого волокнистого мата и
(с) наносят водную цементирующую суспензию ядра на верхнюю часть суспензии тонкослойного покрытия для формирования облицованного матом композитного изделия.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает этап, на котором (d) формируют композитное изделие в панель.
7. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что водный слой тонкослойного покрытия цементирующей суспензии имеет плотность, больше таковой цементирующей суспензии ядра.
8. Способ по любому из пп.5-7, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает этап, на котором накатывают тонкослойное покрытие с валом тонкослойного покрытия до нанесения цементирующей суспензии ядра, при этом вал тонкослойного покрытия имеет скорость вращения не более чем приблизительно 130 футов в минуту.
9. Способ по любому из пп.5-7, отличающийся тем, что способ выполняют без применения вибрационного оборудования.
10. Облицованное матом изделие по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что волокнистый мат включает от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 30 вес.% микроволокон и от приблизительно 70 до приблизительно 90 вес.% непрерывных волокон, имеющих длину от приблизительно 0,9 до 3 см и диаметр приблизительно 15 мкм или более.
11. Способ по любому из пп.5-7, отличающийся тем, что волокнистый мат включает от приблизительно 10 до приблизительно 30 вес.% микроволокон и от приблизительно 70 до приблизительно 90 вес.% непрерывных волокон, имеющих длину от приблизительно 0,9 до 3 см и диаметр приблизительно 15 мкм или более.
