Способ антибактериальной обработки жидкости, включающий воздействие на нее магнитным и электрическим полями и создание градиента концентрации ионов, отличающийся тем, что воздействие магнитным полем и индуцируемым им электрическим полем осуществляют на закрученный поток жидкости, причем так, чтобы создавался градиент концентрации ионов гидроксония и клеток бактерий в одном локальном объеме.2. Устройство антибактериальной обработки жидкости, включающее воздействие на нее магнитным и электрическим полями и создание градиента концентрации ионов, где воздействие магнитным полем и индуцируемым им электрическим полем осуществляют на поток технологической жидкости, причем создают градиент концентрации ионов так, чтобы изменить их концентрацию у наружной стенки устройства, отличающееся тем, что одновременно происходит закручивание потока жидкости и центробежной силой прижимает клетки бактерий к наружной стенке устройства.1.
