Claims (1)

Способ очистки с использованием ультразвуковой энергии различной частоты, включающий погружение подлежащих очистке предметов в ванну с моющим раствором и воздействие на него ультразвуковых преобразователей, размещенных на прилегающей к ванне вибрационной диафрагме и разбитых на несколько групп, излучающих ультразвуковую энергию в диапазоне частот, при этом места излучения выбраны на определенном расстоянии одно от другого, обеспечивающем направление в ванну потока ультразвуковых колебаний с разными длинами волн от всех ультразвуковых преобразователей и отсутствием неблагоприятной границы раздела, отличающийся тем, что работа каждого ультразвукового преобразователя осуществляется на частоте собственного механического резонанса и в совокупности с тем, что ультразвуковые колебания подвергают амплитудной модуляции с глубиной модуляции до 95%, а большинство импульсов этих колебаний с близкой по величине амплитудой, излучаемых ультразвуковыми преобразователями одной группы, сдвигают по фазе напряжения модуляции относительно излучаемых ультразвуковыми преобразователями других групп на величину, близкую к +/- π/3 рад.A cleaning method using ultrasonic energy of various frequencies, including immersing the items to be cleaned in a bath with a washing solution and exposure to ultrasonic transducers placed on a vibrating diaphragm adjacent to the bath and divided into several groups emitting ultrasonic energy in the frequency range, with the radiation selected at a certain distance from one another, providing a direction to the bath of a flow of ultrasonic vibrations with different wavelengths from all ultrasounds transducers and the absence of an unfavorable interface, characterized in that the operation of each ultrasonic transducer is carried out at the frequency of its own mechanical resonance and in conjunction with the fact that ultrasonic vibrations are subjected to amplitude modulation with a modulation depth of up to 95%, and most pulses of these vibrations are close in magnitude the amplitude radiated by ultrasonic transducers of one group is shifted in phase by the modulation voltage relative to the radiated ultrasonic transducers shifters of other groups at a value close to +/- π / 3 rad.
