Claims (2)

1. Способ хирургического лечения травматической катаракты, осложненной иридодиализом, путем удаления катаракты, имплантации ИОЛ и устранения иридодиализа, отличающийся тем, что формируют роговичный двухступенчатый самогерметизирующийся тоннельный разрез, проводят факоэмульсификацию катаракты, затем устраняют иридодиализ путем наложения П-образных радужно-склеральных швов, при этом при отрыве радужки протяженностью до 45 градусов выполняют парацентез и склеральный надрез в проекции иридодиализа, через склеральный надрез в переднюю камеру глаза вводят изогнутую иглу, захватывают край отрыва радужки и выводят через парацентез, затем иглу вводят в переднюю камеру глаза через парацентез, захватывая край отрыва радужки на расстоянии 50 мм от первого вкола и выводят иглу через надрез в склере, далее завязывают узловые швы, которые погружают в склеральный надрез, швы на роговичный разрез не накладывают.1.
