Abstract

Device for preserving vacuumed frozen food products belongs to area of packaging for long term preservation of foodstuffs, in households as well as in companies that produce, preserve, and transport food in the service industry.Device consists of a container (1) and a lid (2) with a vacuum valve (3) that are constructed in such a manner that, when using a vacuum pump (4), create and maintain vacuum of 450-550 mbar quality. Efficient functioning of the device is enabled by a specially constructed bearing (12) of the vacuum valve (3) in which a cartridge (31) is inserted, that has a ring mount (32) of a piston (35) that has a hemispherical rubber seal (37) on the ending, that overlaps the entrance (18) of the bottom of the bearing (12) valve and so after extracting air with a specially constructed vacuum pump (4), that is, closing of the cap (22), stops ventilation in the container (1).
