Abstract

Invention herewith described refers to the multipurpose kitchen knife which is made of the appropriate metal and consists of a straight or a serrated blade (1) with the right grating slit (2), the left grating slit (3) and the handle (4). The blade (1) is used for cutting or chopping food the same as on other knives, the right grater slit (2) is used for grating food such as cabbage, potatoes, carrots, etc and the left grater slit (3) is used for peeling potatoes, apples and similar food, and the handle (4) is to hold the knife in hand.
