Abstract
Se refiere a un sistema separador de material fino (magnetita) del grueso (acero) disgregandolo para ser reutilizado en operaciones de molienda y chancado en lineas de produccion, permitiendo separar el grueso (acero) del fino (magnetita) de forma eficiente, segura y a mayor velocidad. Dicho sistema incluye: a) una tolva metalica tipo embudo con una descarga conica en cuya parte inferior tiene un chute de descarga libre y montada sobre ocho resortes oscilantes, ubicados en la circunferencia de la tolva dos por caras; la tolva esta soportada por una estructura metalica del tipo mecano; b) una correa transportadora auto soportante horizontal de alta velocidad, dispuesta en la descarga de la tolva la cual alimenta a c) un tambor cilindrico horizontal, en cuyo perimetro va una corona, impulsado por una cadena de transmision y un motor reductor, en la parte interior del tambor van dispuestas platinas en forma de medialuna, para el empuje del material grueso, en el exterior del tambor se incluyen platinas lineales dispuestas en forma eliptica a lo largo del tambor y separadas por un angulo de 90° respecto a la circunferencia del mismo. d) correa transportadora dispuesta en forma diagonal al tambor, soportada en una estructura movil con una inclinacion de 45°, la cual recibe el material grueso desprendido del fino al interior del tambor; e) un terminal grafico y panel de control y conexion IP; f) un software creado especialmente para el control del sistema, tambien se divulga los metodos de instalacion y montaje del sistema separador de material grueso (acero) del fino (magnetita)It refers to a system that separates the fine material (magnetite) from the coarse material (steel), breaking it up to be reused in milling and crushing operations on production lines, allowing the coarse (steel) to be separated from the fine (magnetite) efficiently, safely and higher speed.
