Description
Claims (24)
- 알데하이드 생성물을 제조하기 위하여 올레핀, 일산화탄소 및 수소를 용해된 로듐-포스포러스 착물촉매, 유리 포스포러스 리간드 및 고비접 알데하이드 축합부산물의 존재하에 반응시키며, 이반응된 올레핀,및 상기한 알데하이드 생성물, 수소, 일산화탄소 및 알칸부산물중 어느 것이라도 함유하는 가스상 매출물이 공정으로부터 배출되는, 알데하이드를 제조하기 위한 제1의 액체 재순환 또는 가스 재순환 로듐-촉매적하이드로포르밀화 방법에 있어서, 상기한 가스상 배출물과 보충량의 일산화탄소 및 수소를 제2공정의 반응공급물로서 이용함으로써 상기한 제 1공정에 연결하여 분리된 제2 의 액체 재순환 또는 가스 재순환 로듐-촉매적 하이드로포르밀학 공정을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 로듐-촉매적 하이드로포르밀화 공정이 액체 재순환공정으로 이루어지며,분리된 제2공정에 대한 반응 공급물로서 단지 제1반응기의 상부공간으로부터만 배출된 미반응 올레핀과 보충량의 일산화탄소 및 수소를 함유하는 가스상 배출물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 분리된 제2의 로듐-촉매적 하이드로포르밀화 공정이 가스 재순환 공정으로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 유리 포스포러스 리잔드와 로듐-포스포러스 착물 촉매의 포스포러스 리간드가 트리오가노포스핀 화합물인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 트리오가노포스핀 화합물이 트리페널포스핀인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 분리된 제2공정에 보충량의 올레핀을 가하지 않는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 로듐-촉에척 하이드로포르밀화 공정이 가스 재순환 공정으로 이루어지여,분리된 제 2 공정에 대한 반응 공급물로서 단지 제 1공정으로부터의 가스상 재순환류로부터만 배출된 미반응올례핀과 보총량의 일산화탄소 및 수소를 함유하는 가스상 배출물을 사용합을 톡징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 분리된 제2의 로듬-촉매적 하이드로포르밀화공정이 액체 재순환공정으로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 유리 포스포러스 리간드와 로듐-포스포러스 착물 촉매의 포스포러스 리간드가 트리오가노포스핀 화합물인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 트리오가노모스핀 화합물이 트리페닐포스핀인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 분리된 제2공정에 보충량의 올레핀을 가하지 않는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1반응기의 촉매 용적에 대한 제2의 분리된 반응기의 촉매 용적의 비가 약 0.05:1내지1:1인방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1반응기의 촉매 용적에 대한 제2의 분리뇐 반응기의 촉에 용적의 비가 약 01:1 내지 1:1인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포스포러스 리간드가 트리오가노포스펀 화합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포스포러스 리간드가트리페닐포스핀인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1공정 및 제2 공정의 하이드로포르밀화 반응을 약 50 내지 145℃의 반응온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 하이드로포르밀화 반응온도가 약 75 내지 115℃인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1공정 및제 2 공정중의 로듐 농도가 유리 로듐 금속을 기준으로 하여 약 10 내지 700ppm인 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 로듐 농도가 유리 로듐 금속을 기준으로 하여 약 25 내지 500ppm인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로듐 1몰당 약 1 내지 300몰의 유리 리간드가 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1공정 및 분리된 제2공정 각각에 있어서의 올레핀, 일산화탄소 및 수소의 전압력이 약 450psia미만이며. 일산화탄소에 대한 수소의 롤비가 약 1:10 내지 100:인 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 올레핀, 일산화탄소 및 수소의 전압력이 약 350psia미만이며, 일산화탄소에 대한수소의 몰비가 약 1 : 1 내지 50 1인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 반응기의 하이드로포르밀화 반응대중의 고비점 알데하이드 축합부산물에 대한 알데하이드 생성물의 비가 하이드로포르밀화 공정중에서 약 1.4 내지 20.1인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 올레핀의 탄소원자수가 2 내지 5인 방법.
