Claims (13)
- ロッド整復装置であって、
ハウジングと、
脊椎ロッドと係合するように構成されたロッド設置部を含み、前記ハウジングと作動的に結合される、アンビルと、
骨ネジ組立体の係止プラグと係合するように構成された、係止アンビルと、
アーム組立体であって、
前記ハウジングにヒンジ式に結合され、前記アンビルを貫通して延びる、アームと、
前記骨ネジ組立体と係合するように構成され、前記ハウジングにヒンジ式に結合され、前記アンビルを貫通して延びる、第1及び第2の把握部材と、
を含む、アーム組立体と、
前記ハウジングを貫通して延び、前記アンビルと回転可能に結合される、整復ネジと、
前記ハウジングを貫通して延び、前記係止アンビルと回転可能に結合される、係止ネジと、
を備え、前記整復ネジの回転が、前記アーム組立体を、前記アームの遠位部及び前記第1及び第2の把握部材が半径方向に拡張される開位置と、前記アームの遠位部及び前記第1及び第2の把握部材が半径方向に収縮される閉位置との間で遷移させる、ロッド整復装置。 - 前記整復ネジが、前記アンビルとの間の軸方向の相対変位を抑制した状態で前記アンビルと回転可能に結合される、請求項1に記載のロッド整復装置。
- 前記ハウジングが、前記アーム及び前記第1及び第2の把握部材を受け入れるように寸法設定された複数の切欠き部を画定する、請求項2に記載のロッド整復装置。
- 前記アンビルが、前記係止ネジとねじ式に係合するように構成されたネジ付き穴を画定する細長い部材を含む、請求項1に記載のロッド整復装置。
- 前記係止ネジが、前記係止アンビルとの間の軸方向の相対変位を抑制した状態で前記係止アンビルと回転可能に結合される、請求項4に記載のロッド整復装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の把握部材が、前記アーム組立体が閉位置にあるときに前記骨ネジ組立体と係合するように寸法設定された第1及び第2のガイドチャネルを画定する、請求項1に記載のロッド整復装置。
- 前記アンビルの前記ロッド設置部が、前記脊椎ロッドと係合するように構成された弓形凹部を画定する、請求項1に記載のロッド整復装置。
- 前記整復ネジが前記ハウジングとねじ式に係合する、請求項1に記載のロッド整復装置。
- 前記アンビルが、前記アンビルに対する前記係止アンビルの軸方向の変位を容易にするべく前記係止アンビルの少なくとも一部をスライド可能に受け入れるように構成された切欠き部を画定する、請求項1に記載のロッド整復装置。
- 骨ネジ組立体内に脊椎ロッドを整復するためのシステムであって、
脊椎ロッドと、
骨ネジ組立体であって、
前記脊椎ロッドを受け入れるように構成された、ロッド受入部と、
前記脊椎ロッドが前記ロッド受入部にしっかりと固定される係止状態と前記脊椎ロッドを前記ロッド受入部内に再設置可能な係止解除状態との間で遷移可能な係止プラグを含む、ハウジングと、
を含む、骨ネジ組立体と、
ロッド整復装置であって、
ハウジングと、
前記脊椎ロッドと係合するように構成されたロッド設置部材を含み、前記ハウジングと作動的に結合される、アンビルと、
前記骨ネジ組立体の前記係止プラグと係合するように構成された、係止アンビルと、
アーム組立体であって、
前記ハウジングにヒンジ式に結合され、前記アンビルを貫通して延びる、アームと、
前記骨ネジ組立体と係合するように構成され、前記ハウジングにヒンジ式に結合され、前記アンビルを貫通して延びる、一対の把握部材と、
を含む、アーム組立体と、
前記ハウジングを貫通して延び、前記アンビルと回転可能に結合される、整復ネジと、
前記ハウジングを貫通して延び、前記係止アンビルと回転可能に結合される、係止ネジと、
を含み、前記整復ネジの回転が、前記アーム組立体を、前記アームの遠位部及び前記一対の把握部材が半径方向に拡張される開位置と、前記アームの遠位部及び前記一対の把握部材が半径方向に収縮される閉位置との間で遷移させる、
ロッド整復装置と、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記係止ネジの回転が、前記係止アンビルを前記アンビルに対して軸方向に変位させる、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記アームが、前記アーム組立体が閉位置にあるときに前記骨ネジの前記ロッド受入部と係合するように構成される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記係止アンビルが、前記骨ネジ組立体の前記ハウジングを前記係止解除状態と前記係止状態との間で遷移させるべく前記骨ネジ組立体の前記係止プラグに軸方向の力をかけるように構成される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
