Abstract
【解決手段】電気機械のステータ配列20であって、半径方向に中心合わせされた軸21の周囲に円筒状に実質的に電気機械のステータを形成している複数のステータセグメントが設けられており、ステータ配列20が、半径方向で、回転可能に取り付けられたロータ配列22によって包囲されており、ステータセグメントが、半径方向で、支持構造23の外面に取り付けられており、支持構造23が、剛性の結合部を介して軸21に固定されている。

Claims (12)
- 電気機械のステータ配列(20)であって、半径方向で中心合わせされた軸(21)の周囲に円筒状に実質的に電気機械のステータを形成している複数のステータセグメントが設けられている形式のものにおいて、
ステータ配列(20)が、半径方向で、回転可能に取り付けられたロータ配列(22)によって包囲されており、
ステータセグメントが、半径方向で、支持構造(23)の外面に取り付けられており、
支持構造(23)が、剛性の結合を介して軸(21)に固定されていることを特徴とする、電気機械のステータ配列。 - 電気機械が、発電機(11)である、請求項1記載のステータ配列。
- 電気機械が、風力タービン(1)のための発電機(11)である、請求項1記載のステータ配列。
- 支持構造(23)が、円筒の形式で形成されており、2つの端部プレート(24,25)を介して軸(21)に結合されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のステータ配列。
- 支持構造(23)が、第1の環状フランジ(50)及び第2の環状フランジ(51)の形式で形成されており、2つの端部プレート(24,25)のうちの第1の端部プレートが、前記第1の環状フランジ(50)に取り付けられており、2つの端部プレート(24,25)のうちの第2の端部プレートが、前記第2の環状フランジ(51)に取り付けられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のステータ配列。
- 支持構造(23)が、少なくとも2つの端部プレート(24,25)によって支持された多角形構造の形式で形成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のステータ配列。
- 2つの端部プレート(24,25)が、軸(21)の外側部分(21A)の半径方向外面(47)に直接に取り付けられており、軸(21)の外面(47)が、軸受(40)により発電機(11)のケーシングに関して不動である、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項記載のステータ配列。
- 軸受(40)が、軸(21)の外側部分(21A)と内側部分(21B)との間及び/又はケーシングと軸(21)の外側部分(21A)との間に配置されている、請求項7記載のステータ配列。
- ケーシングが、外側ロータ(22)に結合された2つのロータ端部プレート(41,42)から成り、第1のロータ端部プレート(41)が、さらに、軸(21)の内側回転部分(21B)に結合されており、第2の端部プレートが、さらに、軸(21)の外側定置部分(21A)に結合された軸受(40)に結合されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のステータ配列。
- 2つの端部プレート(24,25)が、それぞれ、軸受(52)を介して、軸(21)の半径方向外側面(47)に取り付けられており、軸(21)が、回動可能である、請求項4から9までのいずれか1項記載のステータ配列。
- ステータ配列(20)が、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のように配置されていることを特徴とする、ステータ配列(20)を含む発電機(11)。
- 発電機がステータ配列(20)を含む、発電機(11)を含む風力タービン(1)において、前記ステータ配列(20)が、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のように配置されていることを特徴とする、風力タービン。
