Abstract
【解決手段】ハイブリッド自動車20は、モータMG2に接続されるキャリア45とモータMG1に接続されるサンギヤ41とエンジン22に接続されるリングギヤ42とを含むと共に値0.5近傍のギヤ比を有するダブルピニオン式遊星歯車機構である動力分配統合機構40と、3要素式の第1変速用遊星歯車機構PG1および第2変速用遊星歯車機構PG2と、第1変速用遊星歯車機構のリングギヤ62を固定・解放可能なブレーキクラッチBC1と、第2変速用遊星歯車機構PG2による動力の伝達を可能にすると共に当該動力の伝達を解除することができるブレーキクラッチBC2とを含む変速機60とを備える。

動力を入出力可能な第1電動機と、
動力を入出力可能な第2電動機と、
前記第1および第2電動機のそれぞれと電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、
前記第1電動機の回転軸に接続される第1要素と前記第2電動機の回転軸に接続される第2要素と前記内燃機関の機関軸に接続される第3要素とを有すると共にこれら3つの要素が互いに差動回転できるように構成された値0.5近傍のギヤ比を有する遊星歯車機構である動力分配統合機構と、
前記動力分配統合機構の前記第1要素に接続される入力要素と前記駆動軸に接続される出力要素と固定可能要素とを有すると共にこれら3つの要素が互いに差動回転できるように構成された第1変速用遊星歯車機構と、前記第1変速用遊星歯車機構の前記固定可能要素を回転不能に固定すると共に該固定可能要素を解放して回転可能にすることができる第1の固定手段と、前記動力分配統合機構の前記第2要素に接続される入力要素と前記駆動軸に接続される出力要素と固定可能要素とを有すると共にこれら3つの要素が互いに差動回転できるように構成された第2変速用遊星歯車機構と、前記第2変速用遊星歯車機構の前記入力要素および前記固定可能要素の何れか一方の状態を変更して該第2変速用遊星歯車機構による動力の伝達を可能にすると共に該動力の伝達を解除することができる伝達状態切替手段とを含む変速伝達手段と、

- 駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
内燃機関と、
動力を入出力可能な第1電動機と、
動力を入出力可能な第2電動機と、
前記第1および第2電動機のそれぞれと電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、
前記第1電動機の回転軸に接続される第1要素と前記第2電動機の回転軸に接続される第2要素と前記内燃機関の機関軸に接続される第3要素とを有すると共にこれら3つの要素が互いに差動回転できるように構成された値0.5近傍のギヤ比を有する遊星歯車機構である動力分配統合機構と、
前記動力分配統合機構の前記第1要素に接続される入力要素と前記駆動軸に接続される出力要素と固定可能要素とを有すると共にこれら3つの要素が互いに差動回転できるように構成された第1変速用遊星歯車機構と、前記第1変速用遊星歯車機構の前記固定可能要素を回転不能に固定すると共に該固定可能要素を解放して回転可能にすることができる第1の固定手段と、前記動力分配統合機構の前記第2要素に接続される入力要素と前記駆動軸に接続される出力要素と固定可能要素とを有すると共にこれら3つの要素が互いに差動回転できるように構成された第2変速用遊星歯車機構と、前記第2変速用遊星歯車機構の前記入力要素および前記固定可能要素の何れか一方の状態を変更して該第2変速用遊星歯車機構による動力の伝達を可能にすると共に該動力の伝達を解除することができる伝達状態切替手段とを含む変速伝達手段と、
を備える動力出力装置。 - 前記動力分配統合機構は、前記第3要素としてのリングギヤと、前記第2要素としてのサンギヤと、互いに噛合すると共に一方が前記リングギヤと他方が前記サンギヤと噛合する2つのピニオンギヤの組を保持する前記第1要素としてのキャリアとを含むダブルピニオン式遊星歯車機構である請求項1に記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記第2変速用遊星歯車機構の前記固定可能要素は回転不能に固定されており、前記伝達状態切替手段は、前記動力分配統合機構の前記第2要素と前記第2変速用遊星歯車機構の前記入力要素との接続および該接続の解除を実行する接続断接手段である請求項1または2に記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記変速伝達手段は、前記第1変速用遊星歯車機構の前記出力要素と前記固定可能要素との締結および該締結の解除を実行可能な締結手段を更に含む請求項3に記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記変速伝達手段は、前記第1の固定手段および前記締結手段として機能する単一のクラッチを含む請求項4に記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記伝達状態切替手段は、前記第2変速用遊星歯車機構の前記固定可能要素を回転不能に固定すると共に該固定可能要素を解放して回転可能にすることができる第2の固定手段である請求項1または2に記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記変速伝達手段は、前記第1変速用遊星歯車機構の前記出力要素と前記固定可能要素との締結および該締結の解除を実行可能な第1の締結手段と、前記第2変速用遊星歯車機構の前記出力要素と前記固定可能要素との締結および該締結の解除を実行可能な第2の締結手段とを更に含む請求項6に記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記変速伝達手段は、前記第1の固定手段および前記第1の締結手段として機能する単一の第1クラッチと、前記第2の固定手段および前記第2の締結手段として機能する単一の第2クラッチとを含む請求項7に記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記動力分配統合機構の前記第1および第2要素の何れか一方を回転不能に固定可能な第3の固定手段を更に備える請求項4,5,7および8の何れかに記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記第1変速用遊星歯車機構は、前記入力要素としてのサンギヤと、前記固定可能要素としてのリングギヤと、前記サンギヤおよび前記リングギヤの双方と噛合するピニオンギヤを保持する前記出力要素としてのキャリアとを有するシングルピニオン式遊星歯車機構であり、前記第2変速用遊星歯車機構は、前記入力要素としてのリングギヤと、前記固定可能要素としてのサンギヤと、前記リングギヤおよび前記サンギヤの双方と噛合するピニオンギヤを保持する前記出力要素としてのキャリアとを有するシングルピニオン式遊星歯車機構である請求項1から9の何れかに記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記第2変速用遊星歯車機構の前記サンギヤは、中空のサンギヤ軸に取り付けられており、前記第2変速用遊星歯車機構の前記リングギヤは、前記サンギヤ軸に挿通される軸を介して前記動力分配統合機構の前記第2要素と接続される請求項10に記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記第2変速用遊星歯車機構の前記サンギヤは、中空のサンギヤ軸に取り付けられており、前記第2変速用遊星歯車機構の前記キャリアは、前記サンギヤ軸に挿通される軸を介して前記駆動軸に接続される請求項10に記載の動力出力装置。
