Abstract

Claims (6)
- I.S.マシンで形成されたガラスびんの内部へ冷却用流体を送る機構であって、
少なくとも1つの縦形の冷却管と、
底壁を有する冷却管支持構造体と、
各縦形の冷却管のための前記底壁の穴と、
各冷却管のための中空の解放可能な把持装置と、
を備え、前記解放可能な把持装置が、
コレットナットと、
前記ナットを受ける第1のねじ付きの端部分と第2の端部分とを含むコレット保持具と、
前記第1のねじ付きの端部分の端部から、前記第2の端部分の端部まで延びる前記コレット保持具の貫通穴と、
冷却管と、
前記冷却管を把持する、前記コレットナット内のコレットと、
内側と外側の封止材であって、前記内側の封止材が前記冷却管を封止するように選択された寸法を有し、前記外側の封止材が前記貫通穴を封止するように選択された寸法を有する、封止材と、
前記コレット保持具の前記第2の端部分が、前記底壁の前記穴と連通した状態で、前記底壁に前記コレット保持具を締め付ける固定装置とを含む、冷却用流体を送る機構。 - 請求項1に記載の、I.S.マシンで形成されたガラスびんの内部へ冷却用流体を送る機構であって、
前記冷却管支持構造体が、前記底壁を含むプレナム室を備える、冷却用流体を送る機構。 - 請求項1に記載の、I.S.マシンで形成されたガラスびんの内部へ冷却用流体を送る機構であって、
前記第2の端部分が、円筒形の外径を有し、前記固定装置が、前記円筒形の外径上のねじ山と、前記ねじ山と動作可能に関連付けられた締め付けナットとを備える、冷却用流体を送る機構。 - 請求項1に記載の、I.S.マシンで形成されたガラスびんの内部へ冷却用流体を送る機構であって、
前記コレット保持具が、留め具によって前記底壁に固定可能な取り付け用カラーを含む、冷却用流体を送る機構。 - 請求項3に記載の、I.S.マシンで形成されたガラスびんの内部へ冷却用流体を送る機構であって、
弁と、
前記第2の端部分の開口部を漸進的に閉じる前記弁を、通路に沿って移動するように前記冷却管支持構造体に取り付ける手段とをさらに備える、冷却用流体を送る機構装置。 - 請求項5に記載の、I.S.マシンで形成されたガラスびんの内部へ冷却用流体を送る機構であって、
前記弁がニードル弁であり、前記通路が前記コレット保持具の軸と同軸である、冷却用流体を送る機構。
