Description
RELAZIONE TECNICA
GUIDA PER MASCHI, PER MASCHIATURA PERPENDICOLARE A MANO.
Questo semplice utensile e' utilissimo per eseguire maschiature a mano in modo perpendicolare.
Esso e' composto da un corpo a base piana in asse con il foro, dove viene praticato un canale a V a 90 gradi dove va alloggiato il maschio, e una vite contrapposta di accostamento (vedi disegni e foto). Durante la maschiatura il maschio scorre lungo la guida a V , mentre la base del guida maschi che si costringe parallela al piano di lavoro, mantiene l'utensile filettante perfettamente ortogonale rispetto al pezzo.
Queste guide, unificate come i giramaschi possono comprendere varie misure di maschi, ad esempio da mm 5 a mm 10, da mm 11 a 16 ecc. Essa oltre a facilitare la filettatura ortogonale al piano, consente di eliminare in buona parte il rischio di rottura del maschio filettante poiché' l'asportazione del truciolo e' uniforme.

- RIVENDICAZIONI Con la richiesta del brevetto rivendichiamo il sistema di allineamento del maschio filettante ortogonalmente al piano di lavoro.
