Claims (13)

  1. Pharmazeutische Kombination, umfassend:
    (a) einen CDK4/6-Inhibitor der Formel oder ein pharmazeutisch unbedenkliches Salz davon und
    (b) einen B-Raf-Inhibitor der Formel oder ein pharmazeutisch unbedenkliches Salz davon.
  2. Pharmazeutische Kombination nach Anspruch 1, welche weiterhin einen MEK 1/2-Inhibitor umfasst.
  3. Pharmazeutische Kombination nach Anspruch 2, wobei der MEK-1/2-Inhibitor eine Verbindung der Formel oder ein pharmazeutisch unbedenkliches Salz davon ist.
  4. Pharmazeutische Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3 zur Verwendung bei der Behandlung einer proliferativen Krankheit bei einem dessen bedürftigen Subjekt.
  5. Pharmazeutische Kombination zur Verwendung nach Anspruch 4, wobei es sich bei der proliferativen Krankheit um ein Melanom, Lungenkrebs (einschließlich nichtkleinzelligem Lungenkrebs (Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer, NSCLC)), Kolorektalkrebs (Colorectal Cancer, CRC), Brustkrebs, Nierenkrebs, Nierenzellkarzinom (Renal Cell Carcinoma, RCC), Leberkrebs, akute myeloische Leukämie (Acute Myelogenous Leukemia, AML), myelodysplastische Syndrome (MDS), Schilddrüsenkrebs, Bauchspeicheldrüsenkrebs, Neurofibromatose oder hepatozelluläres Karzinom handelt.
  6. Pharmazeutische Kombination zur Verwendung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die proliferative Krankheit durch eine B-Raf-Mutation gekennzeichnet ist.
  7. Pharmazeutische Kombination zur Verwendung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Kombination zur Verwendung bei der Behandlung einer proliferativen Krankheit in einem menschlichen Patienten bestimmt ist, wobei die Kombination dem Patienten gleichzeitig, getrennt oder aufeinanderfolgend verabreicht wird.
  8. Pharmazeutische Kombination zur Verwendung nach Anspruch 7, wobei es sich bei der proliferativen Krankheit um ein Melanom, Lungenkrebs, Kolorektalkrebs (Colorectal Cancer, CRC), Brustkrebs, Nierenkrebs, Nierenzellkarzinom (Renal Cell Carcinoma, RCC), Leberkrebs, akute myeloische Leukämie (Acute Myelogenous Leukemia, AML), myelodysplastische Syndrome (MDS), nichtkleinzelligen Lungenkrebs (Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer, NSCLC), Schilddrüsenkrebs, Bauchspeicheldrüsenkrebs, Neurofibromatose oder hepatozelluläres Karzinom handelt.
  9. Pharmazeutische Kombination zur Verwendung nach Anspruch 8, wobei die proliferative Krankheit durch eine B-Raf-Mutation gekennzeichnet ist.
  10. Pharmazeutische Kombination zur Verwendung nach Anspruch 9, wobei die proliferative Krankheit durch eine B-Raf-V600-Mutation gekennzeichnet ist.
  11. Pharmazeutische Kombination zur Verwendung nach Anspruch 10, wobei es sich bei der proliferativen Krankheit um Melanom oder Kolorektalkrebs handelt.
  12. Kombinationspräparat, welches eine pharmazeutische Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3 umfasst.
  13. Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung, welche eine pharmazeutische Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3 umfasst.
