Claims (5)

  1. Wässrige pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung, formuliert für die parenterale Verabreichung, umfassend einen Allopregnanolon und Sulfobutylether-β-CyClodextrin umfassenden Komplex, wobei das Allopregnanolon in einer Konzentration von 5 mg/ml vorliegt und das Sulfobutylether-β-CyClodextrin in einer Konzentration von 25-400 mg/ml vorliegt, wobei die Formulierung auf einen pH-Wert von 6 gepuffert ist und es sich bei dem Puffer um einen Citratpuffer handelt.
  2. Wässrige pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Formulierung ein Antioxidationsmittel umfasst.
  3. Wässrige pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, wobei die Zusammensetzung für die intravenöse Verabreichung formuliert ist.
  4. Wässrige pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, wobei die Zusammensetzung für die intramuskuläre (IM) Injektion, subkutane (SC) Injektion, intrathekale Verabreichung oder Verabreichung über die pulmonale, nasale oder mukosale Route formuliert ist.
  5. Wässrige pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, wobei die Zusammensetzung für die intramuskuläre Verabreichung formuliert ist.
