Claims (5)

  1. Implantierbare Verkapselungsvorrichtung (1400) zum Unterbringen einer biologischen Einheit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verkapselungsvorrichtung Folgendes umfasst:
    eine Laminatfolie; und
    eine Vielzahl von Eindämmungskanälen (1405), die durch verklebte Schichten der Laminatfolie gebildet sind, wobei Nähte (1410) zwischen jedem Eindämmungskanal eingefügt sind,
    wobei die Vielzahl von Eindämmungskanälen über die Nähte entlang einer Länge der Vielzahl von Eindämmungskanälen periodisch miteinander verbunden sind.
  2. Vorrichtung (1400) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Vielzahl von Eindämmungskanälen (1405) in einer Z-Richtung übereinander gestapelt sind.
  3. Vorrichtung (1400) nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend eine oder mehrere therapeutische Vorrichtungen, die in der Vielzahl von Eindämmungskanälen (1405) untergebracht sind.
  4. Vorrichtung (1400) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die therapeutische Vorrichtung eine Arzneiabgabevorrichtung, eine Gentherapievorrichtung, eine Zellverkapselungsvorrichtung und Kombinationen daraus umfasst.
  5. Vorrichtung (1400) nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend mindestens ein Element ausgewählt aus einem Verteiler (1425), einer Zugangsöffnung und einer Spülöffnung.
