Claims (10)

  1. Verbindung wie durch Formel I definiert, oder ein pharmazeutisch unbedenkliches Salz davon: wobei

    X OH ist; und

  2. Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, wobei Q ist, wobei
    • ein Kohlenstoffatom oder ein Boratom ist; und
    o C-H, ein C-Halogen, ein C-Alkyl, C-OH, C-NH2, B-H, ein B-Halogen, ein B-Alkyl, B-OH oder B-NH2 ist.
  3. Verbindung nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei die Verbindung durch Formel II definiert oder ein pharmazeutisch unbedenkliches Salz davon ist: wobei
    • ein Kohlenstoffatom ist;
    o B-H, ein B-Halogen, ein B-Alkyl, B-OH oder B-NH2 ist;
    X OH ist; und
    R1 ein C4-C20-Alkyl ist, das mit einer oder mehreren Gruppen substituiert ist, die aus Hydroxyl, Aryl oder Keton ausgewählt ist/sind.
  4. Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, wobei R1 ein substituiertes C6-C10-Alkyl wie beispielsweise C6-C10-Hydroxyalkyl ist.
  5. Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, wobei R1 ein C8-C20-Alkyl ist, das mit einer oder mehreren Gruppen substituiert ist, die aus Hydroxyl oder Aryl ausgewählt ist /sind.
  6. Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, wobei R1 ein substituiertes verzweigtes C4-C10-Alkyl wie beispielsweise ein verzweigtes C4-C10-Hydroxyalkyl ist.
  7. Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-2, wobei die Verbindung ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus: und pharmazeutisch unbedenklichen Salzen davon.
  8. Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, wobei die Verbindung einen EC50 von 800 nM oder weniger am Östrogenrezeptor beta (ERβ), ein ERβ-zu-ERa-Agonistenverhältnis von 8 oder mehr aufweist oder eine Kombination davon.
  9. Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung, aufweisend eine Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8 und einen pharmazeutisch unbedenklichen Hilfsstoff.
  10. Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8 zur Anwendung bei einem oder mehreren der Behandlung von Krebs bei einem Patienten, der Unterdrückung des Tumorwachstums bei einem Patienten, der Behandlung einer Entzündungskrankheit bei einem Patienten, wie beispielsweise Arthritis oder einer entzündlichen Darmerkrankung, der Behandlung einer neurodegenerativen Erkrankung bei einem Patienten, der Behandlung einer psychotropen Störung bei einem Patienten oder der Bildgebung einer Zelle oder einer Zellpopulation, die ERβ bei einem Patienten anzeigt/anzeigen.
