Claims (12)
- Inhibiteur de récepteur de chimiokine CCR9 à utiliser dans un procédé de traitement ou de réduction du développement d'une maladie inflammatoire de l'intestin chez un mammifère, ledit procédé comprenant l'administration d'une quantité appropriée d'un inhibiteur de récepteur de chimiokine CCR9 avec un anticorps bloquant l'intégrine anti-α4β7, dans lequel l'inhibiteur de récepteur de chimiokine CCR9 est ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci.
- Inhibiteur de récepteur de chimiokine CCR9 à utiliser selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la maladie inflammatoire de l'intestin est la maladie de Crohn (MC) ou la colite ulcéreuse (CU).
- Inhibiteur de récepteur de chimiokine CCR9 à utiliser selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'anticorps bloquant l'intégrine anti-α4β7 est le vedolizumab (ENYVIO®).
- Inhibiteur de récepteur de chimiokine CCR9 à utiliser selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'inhibiteur de récepteur de chimiokine CCR9 et l'anticorps bloquant l'intégrine anti-α4β7 sont administrés dans une formulation combinée.
- Inhibiteur de récepteur de chimiokine CCR9 à utiliser selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'inhibiteur de récepteur de chimiokine CCR9 est administré avant l'anticorps bloquant l'intégrine anti-α4β7.
- Inhibiteur de récepteur de chimiokine CCR9 à utiliser selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'inhibiteur de récepteur de chimiokine CCR9 est administré après l'administration de l'anticorps bloquant l'intégrine anti-α4β7.
- Composition pharmaceutique pour traiter ou réduire le développement d'une maladie inflammatoire de l'intestin chez un mammifère, ladite composition comprenant :(i) une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace d'un inhibiteur de récepteur de chimiokine CCR9 répondant à la formule ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci ;(ii) une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace d'un anticorps bloquant l'intégrine anti-α4β7 ; et(iii) un support ou excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable.
- Composition selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle l'anticorps bloquant l'intégrine anti-α4β7 est tel que défini dans la revendication 3.
- Kit pour traiter ou réduire le développement d'une maladie inflammatoire de l'intestin chez un mammifère, ledit kit comprenant :(i) une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace d'un inhibiteur de récepteur de chimiokine CCR9 répondant à la formuleou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci ;(ii) une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace d'un anticorps bloquant l'intégrine anti-α4β7 ; et(iii) des instructions pour une administration efficace.
- Kit selon la revendication 9, dans lequel l'anticorps bloquant l'intégrine anti-α4β7 est le vedolizumab (ENYVIO®).
- Kit selon la revendication 9, dans lequel l'inhibiteur de récepteur de chimiokine CCR9 et l'anticorps bloquant l'intégrine anti-α4β7 sont formulés pour une administration séquentielle.
- Kit selon la revendication 9, dans lequel l'inhibiteur de récepteur de chimiokine CCR9 et l'anticorps bloquant l'intégrine anti-α4β7 sont formulés pour une administration concomitante.
