Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Laminats, umfassend:
    a) Herstellung einer Klebstoffzusammensetzung, umfassend die Kombination eines ersten Bestandteils enthaltend (Meth)acrylat-funktionalisiertes Polyisocyanat-Präpolymer und Polyisocyanat-Monomer, wobei dieser erste Bestandteil wenigstens 10 Gew.-% funktionelle Isocyanatgruppen enthält, eines zweiten Bestandteils enthaltend Polyol, und optional, eines dritten Bestandteils, wobei wenigstens einer dieses ersten Bestandteils, dieses zweiten Bestandteils und dieses optionalen dritten Bestandteils Photoinitiator enthält;
    b) Beschichtung eines ersten flexiblen Substrats mit dieser Klebstoffzusammensetzung;
    c) Bestrahlung der Klebstoffzusammensetzung, so dass diese Klebstoffzusammensetzung teilweise aushärtet; und
    d) Kontakt dieser Klebstoffzusammensetzung mit einem zweiten flexiblen Substrat.
  2. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Klebstoffzusammensetzung wenigstens 7 Gew.-% Polyisocyanat-Monomer enthält.
  3. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste Bestandteil wenigstens 15 Gew.-% Polyisocyanat-Monomer enthält.
  4. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Bestrahlung vor dem Kontakt der Klebstoffzusammensetzung mit dem zweiten flexiblen Substrat, nach dem Kontakt der Klebstoffzusammensetzung mit dem zweiten flexiblen Substrat, oder in einer Kombination davon erfolgt.
  5. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Klebstoffzusammensetzung enthält:
    von 5 bis 70 Gew.-% (Meth)acrylat-funktionalisiertes Polyisocyanat Präpolymer;
    wenigstens 7 Gew.-% Polyisocyanat-Monomer;
    von 30 Gew.-% bis 95 Gew.-% Polyol; und
    von 0,2 Gew.-% bis 10 Gew.-% Photoinitiator.
  6. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste Bestandteil der Klebstoffzusammensetzung von 40 Gew.-% bis 90 Gew.-% (Meth)acrylat-funktionalisiertes Polyisocyanat-Präpolymer, und von 10 Gew.-% bis 60 Gew.-% Polyisocyanat-Monomer enthält.
  7. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste Bestandteil der Klebstoffzusammensetzung wenigstens von 10 Gew.-% bis 20 Gew.-% funktionelle Isocyanatgruppen und/oder von ca. 0,5 Gew.-% bis 20 Gew.-% strahlungspolymerisierbare Gruppen enthält.
  8. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste Bestandteil und der zweite Bestandteil in solchen Mengen miteinander kombiniert werden, dass das stöchiometrische Verhältnis von Isocyanat-(NCO) zu Hydroxylgruppen (OH) (NCO:OH) von 1:1 bis 2:1 beträgt.
  9. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Klebstoffzusammensetzung von 30 Gew.-% bis 70 Gew.-% (Meth)acrylat-funktionalisiertes Polyisocyanat-Präpolymer enthält.
  10. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei wenigstens eines der ersten und zweiten flexiblen Substrate einen Polymerfilm, einen metallisierten Polymerfilm, Polyethylenterephthalat, Polypropylen, Polyethylen, metallisiertes Polypropylen, metallisiertes Polyethylenterephthalat, Nylon, Metallfolie, Papier, oder eine Kombination hieraus umfasst.
  11. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste Bestandteil wenigstens 15 Gew.-% Polyisocyanat-Monomer enthält.
  12. Ein Laminat umfassend:
    eine Klebstoffzusammensetzung enthaltend das Reaktionsprodukt aus einem (Meth)acrylat-funktionalisiertem Polysisocyanat-Präpolymer, Polyisocyanat-Monomer, wobei die Kombination aus diesem Präpolymer und diesem Monomer wenigstens 10 Gew.-% funktionelle Isocyanatgruppen basierend auf dem Gesamtgewicht des Präpolymers und des Polyisocyanat-Monomers enthält, Polyol, und Photoinitiator,
    ein erstes flexibles Substrat; und
    ein zweites flexibles Substrat,
    wobei das erste flexible Substrat durch die Klebstoffzusammensetzung mit dem zweiten flexiblen Substrat verbunden ist.
  13. Das Laminat nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Klebstoffzusammensetzung das Reaktionsprodukt aus einem ersten Bestandteil enthaltend (Meth)acrylat-funktionalisiertes Polyisocyanat-Präpolymer und wenigstens 7 Gew.-% Polyisocyanat-Monomer, wobei der erste Bestandteil wenigstens 10 Gew.-% funktionelle Isocyanatgruppen enthält, einem zweiten Bestandteil enthaltend Polyol, und optional, einem dritten Bestandteil, enthält, wobei wenigstens einer dieses ersten Bestandteils, zweiten Bestandteils und dritten optionalen Bestandteils Photoinitiator enthält.
  14. Eine Verpackung umfassend:
    a) eine Nahrungsmittel; und
    b) das Laminat gemäß Anspruch 12, welches dieses Nahrungsmittel wenigstens teilweise umgibt.
