Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Synthese des Natriumsalzes einer Verbindung, ausgewählt aus Folgendem (I- VI) : umfassend die folgenden aufeinander folgenden Schritte:- die direkte Acylierung der Aminogruppen der L-Cysteinsäure, L-Homocystein- und L-Cysteinesulfinsäure wird unter Verwendung eines gemischten Kohlen-Caboxylsäure-Anhydrids in Wasser-organischem Medium in Anwesenheit von Na2CO3 durchgeführt.- Abscheiden von unlöslichen Verschmutzungen- Abscheiden von Natriumsalzen
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wasser-organische Medium ein Gemisch aus Tetrahydrofuran, Acetonitril und Wasser ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abscheiden durch die Zugabe eines Gemisches aus 2-Propanol und Wasser erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausfällen durch die Zugabe eines Gemisches aus 2-Propanol und Methanol zu einer konzentrierten Lösung des Natriumsalzes der Verbindung aus 2-Propanol und Wasser erfolgt.
