Claims (4)
- Composé de benzazépine représenté par la formule générale (1) dans laquelle R1 est un groupe de (1-1) :(1-1) un groupe -CO-(CH2)n-COR2 où n est un nombre entier de 1 à 4, R2 est (2-1) un groupe hydroxy ; (2-2) un groupe alcoxy en C1 à 6 facultativement substitué par un groupe hydroxy, un groupe alcanoyle en C2 à 6, un groupe alcanoyloxy en C2 à 6, un groupe alcoxycarbonyloxy inférieur dans lequel le fragment alcoxy est un groupe alcoxy en C1 à 6 droit ou ramifié, un groupe cycloalkyloxycarbonyloxy, ou un 5-méthyl-2-oxo-1,3-dioxol-4-yle ; ou (2-3) un groupe amino facultativement substitué par un groupe hydroxy-alkyle en C1 à 6 ; ou sel de celui-ci.
- Composé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, dans la formule (1), R1 est un groupe -CO-(CH2)n-COOH où n est un nombre entier de 1 à 4, ou sel de celui-ci.
- Préparation pharmaceutique comprenant le composé de benzazépine de la revendication 1 ou un sel pharmacologiquement acceptable de celui-ci, et un diluant et/ou un support pharmacologiquement acceptables.
- Préparation pharmaceutique selon la revendication 3 qui est utilisée comme vasodilatateur, médicament hypotenseur, agent aquarétique ou inhibiteur d'agrégation des plaquettes.
