Claims (14)

  1. Composé de formule (I) dans laquelle R1 est choisi dans le groupe constitué par C1-4alkyle ; ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci ; à condition que lorsque R1 est méthyle, alors le composé de formule (I) est présent sous une forme isolée ou sensiblement pure, où par le terme « une forme isolée » on entend que le composé est présent sous une forme qui est séparée d'un environnement biologique quelconque tel que le plasma, le sang, les fluides gastriques, l'urine et le fluide cérébrospinal ; et par le terme « forme sensiblement pure » on entend que le pourcentage molaire des impuretés dans le composé isolé est inférieur à environ 5% molaire.
  2. Composé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel R1 est choisi dans le groupe constitué par C2-4alkyle.
  3. Composé de formule (A) ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci ; dans laquelle le composé de formule (A) est présent sous une forme isolée ou sensiblement pure.

  6. Composition pharmaceutique comprenant un véhicule pharmaceutiquement acceptable et un composé selon la revendication 1 ou 3.
  7. Composition pharmaceutique préparée par le mélange d'un composé selon la revendication 1 ou 3 et d'un véhicule pharmaceutiquement acceptable.
  8. Procédé de préparation d'une composition pharmaceutique, comprenant le mélange d'un composé selon la revendication 1 ou 3 et d'un véhicule pharmaceutiquement acceptable.

Composé selon la revendication 1 ou 3, ou composition selon la revendication 6, pour une utilisation dans une méthode de traitement d'un trouble choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'anxiété et les troubles apparentés ; le trouble bipolaire et la manie ; la dépression, l'épilepsie et les troubles apparentés ; l'épileptogenèse ; les troubles liés au glucose ; les troubles liés aux lipides ; la migraine ; l'obésité ; les douleurs et l'abus de stupéfiants ; ou pour une utilisation dans une méthode de neuroprotection.
  10. Composé pour une utilisation selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le trouble est choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'épilepsie et les troubles apparentés ; la dépression ; les troubles liés au glucose ; et l'obésité.

Procédé de préparation d'un composé de formule (I) dans laquelle R1 est choisi dans le groupe constitué par C2-4alkyle et -O-phényle ; où phényle est éventuellement substitué par de un à trois substituants choisis indépendamment dans le groupe constitué par halogène, C1-4alkyle, C1-4alkyle fluoré, C1-4alcoxy, C1-4alcoxy fluoré, cyano, nitro, - NRARB et -C(O)-NRCRD ; où RA et RB sont chacun choisis indépendamment dans le groupe constitué par C1-4alkyle ; et où RC et RD sont chacun choisis indépendamment dans le groupe constitué par hydrogène et C1-4alkyle ; ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci ; comprenant la réaction d'un composé de formule (S) avec un composé de formule (X), où X est un groupement partant ; dans un solvant organique ; afin de conduire au composé de formule (I) correspondant.

Procédé de préparation d'un composé de formule (A) ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci ; comprenant la réaction d'un composé de formule (S) avec un composé de formule (X-A), où X est un groupement partant ; dans un solvant organique ; afin de conduire au composé de formule (A) correspondant.
  13. Composé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel X est chloro ; dans lequel le solvant organique est le 1,4-dioxane ; et dans lequel le composé de formule (S) est réagi avec le composé de formule (X-A) à environ la température de reflux du solvant.
