Claims (5)

  1. Fibrinklebstoff-Kit zum Herstellen einer Fibrinklebstoff-Formulierung zum Aufbringen auf eine Oberfläche eines Körperteils eines Patienten, wobei das Kit umfasst:
    eine erste gesonderte Komponente, die zum Bilden der Fibrinklebstoff-Formulierung erforderlich ist, wobei die erste gesonderte Komponente eine Lösung von Fibrinogen umfasst,
    eine zweite gesonderte Komponente, die zum Bilden der Fibrinklebstoff-Formulierung erforderlich ist, wobei die zweite gesonderte Komponente eine Lösung von Thrombin umfasst, das fähig ist, Fibrin zu bilden, wenn es sich mit dem Fibrinogen umsetzt, wobei die Lösung von Thrombin ferner ein Visualisierungsmittel umfasst,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entweder
    (a) das Visualisierungsmittel Methylenblau ist, das in der Thrombinlösung in einem Konzentrationsbereich von 0,01 bis 0,05 % vorhanden ist, und die Methylenblau-gefärbte Thrombinlösung vor Licht geschützt ist; oder
    (b) das Visualisierungsmittel Indigokarmin ist, das in der Thrombinlösung in einem Konzentrationsbereich von 0,01 % bis 0,02 % vorhanden ist.
  2. Kit gemäß Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend einen Katalysator, der fähig ist, Vernetzung von Fibrin zu induzieren.
  3. Kit gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Katalysator eine Transglutaminase ist.
  4. Kit gemäß Anspruch 3, wobei die Transglutaminase Faktor XIII ist.
  5. Kit gemäß Anspruch 4, wobei Faktor XIII der Fibrinogenlösung einverleibt ist.
