Claims (12)

  1. Buccales Abgabesystem in Form einer langsam erodierbaren Pastille, das im Wesentlichen aus einem innigen Gemisch von
    (a) einem löslichen Füllstoff in einer Menge von 50 bis zu 99 Gewichtsprozent der Gesamtzusammensetzung, wobei der lösliche Füllstoff aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Maltit, Xylit, Sorbit, Mannit, Lactose, Dextrose, Saccharose, Fructose und einem beliebigen Gemisch davon, ausgewählt ist;
    (b) einem unlöslichen filmbildenden Mittel, das eine unlösliche Matrix bilden kann, wobei das unlösliche filmbildende Mittel aus Polyacrylaten, Ethylcellulose, Polyvinylchlorid, Celluloseacetat, Celluloseacetatphthalat, Schellack und einem beliebigen Gemisch davon ausgewählt ist;
    (c) einem quellfähigen Polymer, das aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Xanthangummi, Guargummi, Alginsäure oder einem Salz davon, Pectinen, Polyvinylalkohol, Polysacchariden, quellfähigen Cellulosederivaten und einem beliebigen Gemisch davon ausgewählt ist;
    (d) gegebenenfalls einem Wirkstoff, und
    (e) gegebenenfalls üblichen Hilfsmitteln besteht.
  2. Pastille nach Anspruch 1, die im Wesentlichen aus
    (a) einem löslichen Füllstoff in einer Menge von 50 bis zu 99 Gewichtsprozent der Gesamtzusammensetzung, wobei der lösliche Füllstoff aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Maltit, Xylit, Mannit, Dextrose, Fructose und einem beliebigen Gemisch davon, ausgewählt ist;
    (b) einem unlöslichen filmbildenden Mittel, das eine unlösliche Matrix bilden kann, wobei das unlösliche filmbildende Mittel aus Polyacrylaten, Ethylcellulose, Polyvinylchlorid, Celluloseacetat, Celluloseacetatphthalat, Schellack und einem beliebigen Gemisch davon ausgewählt ist;
    (c) einem quellfähigen Polymer, welches aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Xanthangummi, Guargummi, Alginsäure oder einem Salz davon, einem quellfähigen Cellulosederivat, ausgewählt aus Natrium- oder Calciumcarboxymethylcellulose, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Hydroxyethylcellulose und Hydroxypropylcellulose und einem beliebigen Gemisch davon, ausgewählt ist;
    (d) gegebenenfalls einem Wirkstoff, und
    (e) gegebenenfalls üblichen Hilfsmitteln besteht.
  3. Pastille nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei der lösliche Füllstoff aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Maltit, Xylit, Mannit und einem beliebigen Gemisch davon, ausgewählt ist.
  4. Pastille nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das unlösliche filmbildende Mittel eine unlösliche Matrix (b) bilden kann, die durch Polyacrylate wiedergegeben wird.
  5. Pastille nach Anspruch 1, die im Wesentlichen aus
    (a) einem löslichen Füllstoff in einer Menge von 50 bis zu 95 Gewichtsprozent der Gesamtzusammensetzung, wobei der lösliche Füllstoff aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Maltit, Xylit und einem beliebigen Gemisch davon, ausgewählt ist;
    (b) einem unlöslichen filmbildenden Mittel, das eine unlösliche Matrix bilden kann, wobei das unlösliche filmbildende Mittel durch Polyacrylate wiedergegeben wird;
    (c) einem quellfähigen Polymer, welches Xanthangummi darstellt;
    (d) gegebenenfalls einem Wirkstoff, und
    (e) gegebenenfalls üblichen Hilfsmitteln besteht.
  6. Pastille nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der lösliche Füllstoff (a) in einer Menge von 50 bis zu 95 Gewichtsprozent der Gesamtzusammensetzung vorliegt.
  7. Pastille nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der lösliche Füllstoff (a) in einer Menge von mehr als 70 bis zu 95 Gewichtsprozent der Gesamtzusammensetzung vorliegt.
  8. Pastille nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der lösliche Füllstoff (a) in einer Menge von mehr als 80 bis zu 95 Gewichtsprozent der Gesamtzusammensetzung vorliegt.
  9. Pastille nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Komponente (d) vorliegt und mindestens einen pharmazeutischen Wirkstoff wiedergibt, der oral oder durch die buccale Mukosa verabreicht werden kann.
  10. Pastille nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Komponente (d) Nikotin oder ein Salz oder ein Derivat davon ist.
  11. Pastille nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Komponente (d) Nikotintartrat ist.
  12. Pastille nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Komponente (d) aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus einer Fluoridergänzung, Melatonin, einem Gemisch von Benzoxoniumchlorid und Lidocain, einem Antacid, einem Antiemetikum, einem Analgetikum und einem Mittel gegen Dentalplaque, ausgewählt ist.
