Claims (9)
- Verwendung eines Bindungsmittels gegen CD23, das die Wechselwirkung zwischen CD23 und einem Liganden blockiert, der an CD23 in vivo bindet, in der Herstellung eines Medikaments zur Behandlung oder Prophylaxe einer Autoimmunkrankheit.
- Verwendung gemäss Anspruch 1, worin der Ligand CD21, CD11b oder CD11c ist.
- Verwendung gemäss Anspruch 1 oder 2, worin das CD23 Zell-zugehöriges CD23 ist.
- Verwendung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 zur Behandlung oder Prophylaxe von Arthritis, Lupus erythematosus, systemischem Lupus erythematosus, Mashimoto-Thyreoiditis, multipler Sklerose, Diabetes, Uveitis, Dermatitis, Psoriasis, Urtikaria, Nephrose-Syndrom, Glomerulonephritis, entzündlicher Darmerkrankung, ulzeröser Kolitis, Morbus Crohn, Sjogren-Syndrom und Insulitis.
- Verwendung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 zur Behandlung oder Prophylaxe von rheumatoider Arthritis.
- Verwendung gemäss einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, worin das Bindungsmittel ein Antikörper ist.
- Verwendung gemäss Anspruch 6, worin das Mittel ein F(ab')2-, Fab-, FV- oder ScFV-Fragment eines Antikörpers umfasst.
- Verwendung gemäss Anspruch 6, worin das Mittel ein künstliches Konstrukt, umfassend einen Antikörper oder ein Fragment davon, oder ein Mimetikum oder ein Derivat eines dieser Mittel umfasst.
- Verwendung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, worin der Antikörper humanisiert ist.
