Claims (27)
- Structure multicouche comprenant :une couche superficielle ;une couche sensible aux fréquences radioélectriques ("FR") collée sur la couche superficielle, la couche FR ayant un premier composent formé d'un polymère à base de propylène, éventuellement un second composant formé d'une polyoléfine autre que le propylène, un troisième composant formé d'un polymère sensible aux fréquences radioélectriques et un quatrième composant formé d'un agent polymère de compatibilité.
- Structure selon la revendication 1, ayant des propriétés physiques comprises dans les plages suivantes :a < 40 000 psi ;b ≥ 70 % ;c < 30 % ;d > 1,0 % ;e < 0,1 % ;f < 0,1 % ;g ≥ 0,05 ;h ≤ 60 % ;i = 0 ; où :a est le module élastique de la structure, mesuré conformément à ASTM D-882 ;b est le pourcentage de récupération longitudinale de la structure après une déformation initiale de 20 % ;c est le voile optique de la structure transformée en un film de 0,229 mm (9 mils) d'épaisseur, mesuré conformément à ASTM D-1003 ;d est la tangente de l'angle de pertes de la structure à 1 Hz, mesurée à des températures de traitement à l'état fondu ;e est la teneur en poids en halogène élémentaire de la structure ;f est la fraction de la structure qui est soluble dans l'eau et de faible poids moléculaire ;g est la perte diélectrique de la structure entre 1 et 60 MHZ et dans la plage de températures de 25 à 250°C;h est le fluage d'un échantillon, mesuré à 121°C, pour une bande de la structure de 2,5 cm (1 pouce) sous une charge de 1 862 x 102 pascals (27 psi) ; eti : la structure ne présente pas de blanchiment par déformation après avoir été soumise à une contrainte à des vitesses modérées d'environ 50 cm (20 pouces) par minute, jusqu'à un allongement d'environ 100 % (deux fois la longueur originale), et on note la présence (indiquée par 1) ou l'absence (indiquée par 0) d'un blanchiment par déformation.
- Structure multicouche selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la couche superficielle est composée d'un copolymère de polypropylène mélangé avec du styrène-éthylène-butène-styrène en une quantité de 0 à 20 % en poids de la couche superficielle.
- Structure selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, dans laquelle le second composant de la couche FR est choisi parmi des copolymères éthyléniques, y compris un polyéthylène de très faible densité, le polybutène, des copolymères de butène-éthylène, des copolymères d'éthylène-acétate de vinyle avec des teneurs en acétate de vinyle comprises entre environ 18 et 50 %, des copolymères d'éthylène-acrylate de méthyle avec des teneurs en acrylate de méthyle comprises entre environ 20 et 40 %, des copolymères d'éthylène-acrylate de n-butyle avec une terteur en acrylate de n-butyle comprise entre 20 et 40 %, des copolymères d'éthylène-acide acrylique avec une teneur en acide acrylique supérieure à environ 15 %.
- Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le troisième composant de la couche FR est choisi parmi des polyamides, des copolymères d'éthylène-acétate de vinyle avec une quantité d'acétate de vinyle comprise entre 18 et 50 % en poids, des copolymères d'éthylène-acrylate de méthyle avec une quantité d'acrylate de méthyle comprise entre 20 % et 40 % en poids, et des copolymères d'éthylène-alcool vinylique avec une quantité d'alcool vinylique comprise entre 15 % et 70 %.
- Structure selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle le polyamide est choisi dans l'ensemble constitué par : des polyamides aliphatiques résultant de la réaction de condensation de diamines ayant de 2 à 13 atomes de carbone, des polyamides aliphatiques résultant d'une réaction de condensation de diacides ayant de 2 à 13 atomes de carbone, des polyamides résultant de la réaction de condensation d'acides gras dimères, et des copolymères contenant un amide.
- Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le quatrième composant de la couche FR est un copolymère séquencé de styrène-éthylène-butène-styrène.
- Structure selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle le copolymère séquencé de styrène-éthylène-butène-styrène a une fonctionnalité anhydride maléique.
- Structure multicouche selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le premier composant est fourni en une quantité comprise entre 30 et 60 % en poids de la couche FR, le second composant est fourni en une quantité comprise entre 25 et 50 % en poids de la couche FR, le troisième composant est fourni en une quantité comprise entre 3 et 40 % en poids de la couche FR, et le quatrième composant est fourni en une quantité comprise entre 5 et 40 % en poids de la couche FR.
- Structure selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle le premier composant de la couche FR est du polypropylène.
- Structure selon la revendication 9 ou 10, dans laquelle le second composant de la couche FR est un polyéthylène de très faible densité ou du polybutène-1.
- Structure selon la revendication 9, 10 ou 11, dans laquelle le troisième composant est un polyamide d'acide gras.
- Structure selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle le polyamide d'acide gras est un polyamide d'acide gras dimère.
- Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 15, dans lequel les composants de la couche FR sont présents en des quantités comprises dans les plages suivantes en pourcentage en poids de la couche FR :premier composant 35-45 % ;second composant 35-45 % ;troisième composant 7-13 % ; etquatrième composant 7-13 %.
- Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, comprenant, en outre, une couche centrale interposée entre la couche superficielle et la couche FR.
- Structure selon la revendication 15, dans laquelle la couche centrale est une couche qui n'est pas sensible aux fréquences radioélectriques.
- Structure selon la revendication 16, dans laquelle la couche centrale comprend :un premier composant formé d'une polyoléfine ;un second composant choisi parmi un polyéthylène de très faible densité, des copolymères de polybutène, etun troisième composant formé d'un agent polymère de compatibilité.
- Structure selon la revendication 17, dans laquelle la polyoléfine du premier composant de la couche centrale est un polypropylène.
- Structure selon la revendication 17 ou 18, dans laquelle le second composant de la couche centrale est un polyéthylène de très faible densité.
- Structure selon la revendication 17 ou 18, dans laquelle l'agent de compatibilité du troisième composant de la couche centrale est un copolymère séquencé de styrène-éthylène-butène-styrène.
- Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 20, dans laquelle la couche centrale comprend un quatrième composant constitué d'un matériau de rebut.
- Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 20, comprenant, en outre, une couche de matériau de rebut attachée à la couche centrale et interposée entre la couche centrale et la couche superficielle, ou entre la couche centrale et la couche sensible aux fréquences radioélectriques.
- Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 20, comprenant, en outre :une couche de matériau de rebut attachée à la couche centrale sur une face opposée à la couche superficielle ; etune seconde couche centrale attachée à la couche de matériau de rebut sur une face opposée à la première couche centrale, ou interposée entre la première couche centrale et la couche sensible aux fréquences radioélectriques.
- Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 20, comprenant, en outre, une couche d'arrêt attachée à la couche centrale et interposée entre la couche centrale et la couche FR, ou entre la couche centrale et la couche superficielle.
- Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, comprenant, en outre, une couche supplémentaire attachée à la couche sensible aux fréquences radioélectriques sur une face opposée à la couche superficielle, destinée à être amenée au contact d'une solution contenue dans un conteneur formé de la structure, pendant l'utilisation.
- Structure selon la revendication 25, dans laquelle la couche supplémentaire comprend :un premier composant formé de polypropylène ;un second composant formé d'un polyéthylène de très faible densité ; etun troisième composent formé d'un copolymère séquencé de styrène-éthylène-butène-styrène.
- Structure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 24, dépendante de la revendication 3, dans laquelle le premier composant de la couche FR est un polypropylène souple et à point de fusion élevé, en une quantité comprise entre 30 et 60 % en poids de la couche FR, le troisième composant est fourni en une quantité comprise entre 3 et 40 % en poids de la couche FR, et le quatrième composant est fourni en une quantité comprise entre 5 et 40 % en poids de la couche FR.
