Claims (14)

  1. Pharmazeutische Formulierung beinhaltend:
    ein Substrat beinhaltend ein Opiatanalgetikum, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Buprenorphin, Codein, Hydrocodon, Hydromorphon, Levorphanol, Morphin, Oxycodon, Oxymorphon, Salzen hiervon und Mischungen hiervon;
    eine das genannte Substrat umhüllende diffusionshemmende Schicht, die ein anionisches Polymer enthält; und
    eine die genannte diffusionshemmende Schicht umhüllende Beschichtung, die ein hydrophobes Material enthält und das genannte hydrophobe Material die kontrollierte Freisetzung des Opiatanalgetikums bewirkt, wobei das Opiatanalgetikum protoniert ist.
  2. Pharmazeutische Formulierung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Substrat ein Opiatanalgetikum enthält, das einen Kern umhüllt.
  3. Pharmazeutische Formulierung gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei der Kern ein pharmazeutisch akzeptables Kügelchen ist.
  4. Pharmazeutische Formulierung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Opiatanalgetikum in einer multipartikulären Matrix verteilt ist.
  5. Pharmazeutische Formulierung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das protonierte Opiatanalgetikum eine Affinität für das anionische Polymer aufweist.
  6. Pharmazeutische Formulierung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das anionische Polymer aus der Gruppe bestehend aus einem Acrylpolymer, Acrylcopolymer, Methacrylpolymer, Methacrylcopolymer und Mischungen hiervon ausgewählt ist.
  7. Pharmazeutische Formulierung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das anionische Polymer ein nicht-acrylisches, enterisches Beschichtungsmaterial ist.
  8. Pharmazeutische Formulierung gemäß Anspruch 7, wobei das enterische Beschichtungsmaterial aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Celluloseacetatphthalat, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulosephthalat, Carboxymethylethylcellulose, Hydroxypropylmethylcelluloseacetatsuccinat, Polyvinylacetatphthalat, Celluloseacetattrimellitat, Celluloseacetophthalat, Celluloseacetatterephthalat, Polyvinylalkoholphthalat und Mischungen hiervon ausgewählt ist.
  9. Pharmazeutische Formulierung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die diffusionshemmende Schicht in einer Menge von ungefähr 0,1 bis ungefähr 10 Gew.-% bezogen auf das Substrat vorhanden ist.
  10. Pharmazeutische Formulierung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das Opiatanalgetikum in einer therapeutisch wirksamen Menge vorhanden ist.
  11. Pharmazeutische Formulierung gemäß Anspruch 1, die eine Mehrzahl der genannten Substrate enthält.
  12. Pharmazeutische Formulierung gemäß Anspruch 11, wobei die genannte Mehrzahl der genannten Substrate eine therapeutisch wirksame Menge des genannten Opiatanalgetikums enthält.
  13. Pharmazeutische Formulierung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das hydrophobe Material aus der Gruppe bestehend aus einem zellulosischem Material, einem zellulosischem Polymer, einem Acrylpolymer oder -copolymer, einem Methacrylpolymer oder -copolymer und Mischungen hiervon ausgewählt ist.
  14. Verwendung einer Formulierung gemäß Anspruch 1 zur Herstellung eines Medikamentes zur Behandlung von Schmerzen.
