Claims (11)

  3. Antikörper nach Anspruch 2, der spezifisch an das Epitop von Cripto bindet, an das der durch Hybridom A8G3.5 (ATCC-HINTERLEGUNGSNR. PTA-3317) produzierte Antikörper bindet.
  4. Antikörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, der an ein chemotherapeutisches Agens konjugiert ist.
  5. Antikörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, der in Kombination mit einem nicht-konjugierten Chemotherapeutikum verabreicht wird.
  6. Antikörper nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei das chemotherapeutische Agens ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus einem tumoraktivierten Prodrug, einem Radionuklid und einem Toxin.
  7. Antikörper nach Anspruch 6, wobei das das chemotherapeutische Agens ein tumoraktiviertes Prodrug ist.
  8. Antikörper nach Anspruch 7, wobei das tumoraktivierte Prodrug ein Maytansinoid ist.
  9. Antikörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, der menschlich ist.
  10. Antikörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, der monoclonal ist.
  11. Antikörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, der humanisiert ist.
