Claims (12)
- Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung, umfassend eine isolierte rekombinante humane Arginase I mit einer Reinheit von 80 - 100 %, vermengt in einem pharmazeutisch verträglichen Träger.
- Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die humane Arginase eine Modifikation umfasst, die zu einer in-vitro-Plasma-Halbwertszeit von wenigstens einem Tag führt.
- Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die humane Arginase eine Modifikation umfasst, die zu einer in-vitro-Plasma-Halbwertszeit von wenigstens drei Tagen führt.
- Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die humane Arginase eine Modifikation umfasst und eine spezifische Enzymaktivität von wenigstens 250 I.U./mg besitzt.
- Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die humane Arginase eine Modifikation umfasst und eine spezifische Enzymaktivität von 500 bis 600 I.U./mg besitzt.
- Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, wobei es sich bei der Modifikation um eine Pegylierung handelt.
- Isolierte rekombinante humane Arginase I mit einer Reinheit von 80 bis 100 % zur Verwendung als Arzneimittel.
- Humane Arginase I nach Anspruch 7, welche pegyliert ist.
- Humane Arginase I nach Anspruch 7, welche die in der Figur 2C aufgeführte Aminosäuresequenz besitzt.
- Humane Arginase I nach Anspruch 7, wobei das Arzneimittel zur Behandlung von humanen Malignomen verwendet wird.
- Humane Arginase I nach Anspruch 10, wobei es sich bei den humanen Malignomen um einen Lebertumor oder Brustkrebs handelt.
- Verwendung einer pharmazeutischen Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 zur Verminderung des physiologischen Argininspiegels in einem Patienten auf unterhalb 10 µM für wenigstens drei Tage zur Herstellung eines Arzneimittels für die Behandlung humaner Malignome.
