Abstract

In a semi-conductor device (see Group XXXVI) a plate of W-Ag alloy, comprising 10-27% Ag by weight, is soldered to a block of Cu with an alloy of Al-Ni or Al-Co having over 99% Al by weight or Al-Si having 88% Al by weight, and to a Si wafer with an alloy of Ag-Pb-Sb in the proportions 97 : 2 : 1.
