FIG. 1
PRESSURE TEST TOOL
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a pressure test tool, and mainly aims at a minitype 5 press.
Related Art
When a press is in use, how to maintain the levelness of a workbench is an important factor affecting the workpiece processing quality. When the workbench is mounted to the existing press, due to the constraints of assembly and other factors, a certain tilt of the worktable would occur during processing, which affects the quality of a workpiece, and therefore, a further improvement is required.
SUMMARY
In view of the above defects, the present invention aims to provide a pressure test tool capable of performing automatic centering so as to guarantee the levelness of an upper surface of a workbench.
The present invention adopts the following technical solution: the present invention includes a rack (1), the rack (1) being provided with a pressing head (2) capable of moving up and down; and a fixedly arranged workbench (3) arranged below the pressing head (2), wherein the workbench (3) includes a fixedly arranged base (31) and a movable platform (32) which is arranged on the base (31) and forms a fit with the base (31); and fitting surfaces of the base (31) and the movable platform (32) are spheres matching each other.
An upper surface of the base (31) forms an inward concave hemisphere, a lower surface of the movable platform (32) forms a downward convex hemisphere, and the two hemispheres form a fit.
The bottom of the inward concave hemisphere of the base (31) is provided with a locating hole (311), the movable platform (32) is provided with a longitudinally arranged through hole (321), the locating hole (311) and the through hole (321) are arranged coaxially, and a diameter of the through hole (321) is greater than a diameter of the locating hole (311); and
A locating rod (4) is arranged in the through hole (321) and the locating hole (311), the locating rod (4) includes a big rod (41) corresponding to the diameter of the through hole (321) and a small rod (42) which is positioned on a lower part of the big rod (41) and is corresponding to the diameter of the locating hole (311), and the small rod (42) extends into the locating hole (311) and forms a magnetic connection with the locating hole (311).
Fitting surfaces of the small rod (42) and the locating hole (311) are annularly arranged as a magnetic surface and a non-magnetic surface at interval.
An internal surface of the through hole (321) and an external surface of the big rod (41) form a key way fit.
The present invention has the following advantages: 1) The workbench is arranged separately, and includes the base and the movable platform fitted via the spherical surfaces. In this way, when the movable platform is mounted, the movable platform can be automatically centered with the base because of the automatic centering property of the spherical surfaces, thereby guaranteeing the levelness of an upper surface of the movable platform and overcoming the defect that the traditional movable platform needs repeated adjustments and the levelness can not be effectively guaranteed. The movable platform has good practical performance after practical use.
2) In order to further locate the movable platform, and prevent the movable platform from affecting the workpiece processing quality due to the vibrations of the movable platform caused by an impact force of the pressing head during processing, a fixing mechanism is specifically arranged. The locating rod and the locating hole arranged on the base are magnetically fitted to locate the movable platform in a longitudinal direction; and the keyway fit of the locating rod and the through hole is utilized to avoid the rotation of the movable platform. This structure is simple, but has very good service performance.
3) The locating rod is in a structure of the big rod and the small rod, and the fit between the small rod and the locating hole is utilized to implement magnetic fixing. Therefore, in such a structure, because of the restraint of the big rod, the small rod can not contact the through hole in a downward movement process, thereby well guaranteeing the small rod to easily enter the locating hole. Thus, this structure has a very important influence on the effective use of the present invention.
4) Further, the fitting surfaces of the small rod and the locating hole are arranged as the magnetic surface and the non-magnetic surface at interval; the magnetic surface is presented to achieve the longitudinal stable fixing of the movable platform; in the presence of the non-magnetic surface, when the movable platform needs to be demounted, the locating rod can not be directly taken out easily due to the magnetic connection; and therefore, according to the structural form of the present invention, by rotating the locating rod, the locating rod can be easily taken out because of the decrease of the areas of the fitted magnetic surfaces of the small rod and the locating hole, so the movable platform can be demounted.
In conclusion, the present invention is simple in structure, can well implement locating of the movable platform during processing, and can well maintain the levelness of the movable platform; moreover, it is very convenient to demount the movable platform when needed; and after practical use, it has achieved very good technical results.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
FIG. 1 is a structure diagram of the present invention.
In the drawing,
Rack, 2 Pressing head, 3 Workbench, 4 Locating rod;
Base, 32 Movable platform, 41 Big rod, 42 Small rod 311 Locating hole, and 321 Through hole.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The present invention includes a rack 1, the rack 1 being provided with a pressing head capable of moving up and down; and a fixedly arranged workbench 3 arranged below the pressing head 2, wherein the workbench 3 includes a fixedly arranged base 31 and a movable platform 32 which is arranged on the base 31 and forms a fit with the base 31; and fitting surfaces of the base 31 and the movable platform 32 are spheres matching each other.
An upper surface of the base 31 forms an inward concave hemisphere, a lower surface 5 of the movable platform 32 forms a downward convex hemisphere, and the two hemispheres form a fit.
The bottom of the inward concave hemisphere of the base 31 is provided with a locating hole 311, the movable platform 32 is provided with a longitudinally arranged through hole 321, the locating hole 311 and the through hole 321 are arranged coaxially, and a diameter of the through hole 321 is greater than a diameter of the locating hole 311; and a locating rod 4 is arranged in the through hole 321 and the locating hole 311, the locating rod 4 includes a big rod 41 corresponding to the diameter of the through hole 321 and a small rod 42 which is positioned on a lower part of the big rod 41 and is corresponding to the diameter of the locating hole 311, and the small rod 42 extends into the locating hole 311 and forms a magnetic connection with the locating hole 311.
Fitting surfaces of the small rod 42 and the locating hole 311 are annularly arranged as a magnetic surface and a non-magnetic surface at interval.
An internal surface of the through hole 321 and an external surface of the big rod 41 20 form a key way fit.
A working process of the present invention is as follows: firstly the movable platform 32 is arranged on the base 31 so as to implement automatic centering of the movable platform 32 with the characteristic of the spherical fit, and then the locating rod 4 is enabled to penetrate through the through hole 321 and the locating hole 311, thereby implementing longitudinal fixing of the movable platform 32, preventing the rotation of the movable platform 32, and further making good preparations for processing; and when the movable platform 32 needs to be demounted, the locating rod 4 is rotated, and as the areas of the fitted magnetic surfaces of the small rod 42 and the locating hole 311 decrease, the locating rod 4 is easily pulled so as to come off from the locating hole 311 and the through hole 321, thereby easily implementing the demounting of the movable platform 32.
