Abstract

A delimber, primarily intended for delimbing growing trees, comprises a body (1) which consists of an arm (2, 3) and an attachment member (4) at one end thereof. The attachment member (4) is fitted with two discs or part-discs (5a, 5b) which are rotatable and have sharpened rims, thereby to act as blades. The two blades (5a, 5b) are journalled to the attachment member (4) so as to have fixed distance therebetween, the attachment member (4) being designed so as to allow a limb to enter freely between the blades (5a, 5b) from the direction of the arm (2, 3). <IMAGE>
