Abstract
1368151 Ornamenting furniture and flower vases H O ABRELL 13 Dec 1971 57812/71 Heading A4U [Also in Divisions A3 A6 and B6] A toy comprises a rectangular frame 1 of flexible plastics having cross-bars 2 with two pegs 5 and two sockets 6 arranged as shown, so that the frame can be connected to adjacent like frames by inter-connecting their pegs and sockets. Two frames 1 may be connected at their ends, Fig.5 (not shown) with the two joined corners of one above and below, respectively, the joined corners of the other, as allowed by the flexibility of the plastics. Alternatively, two frames 1 may be connected side-by-side Fig.6 (not shown) or seven frames 1 may be joined at one corner only to each adjacent frame to make a closed ring Fig. 7 (not shown). A number of the frames may be assembled to make a picture, model, artificial jewellery or decoration for an object such as a flower pot, vase or other display container.
