Claims (11)

1. Förfarande för framställning av karbaminsyraderivat med formeln n - c - y 2^ li R2 O där R1 och R2, som kan vara lika eller olika, är: - en väteatom, - en alifatisk radikal med 1-20 kolatomer, - cykloalifatisk eller aralifatisk radikal med högst 50 kola-tomer, eller de bildar tillsammans med kväveatomen, vid vilken de är bundna, en piperidino-, morfolino-, hexamety1enimino- eller imidazolring, varvid den alifatiska, cykloalifatiska, aralifat-iska radikalen eller nämnda ring kan vara substituerad med en syra-, alkohol-, ester-, eter-, merkapto- eller aminogrupp, . R 3 K 6 ^ / Y ar OR, SR, -N eller O - N = O grupp ^ R4 XR6 där R är en alifatisk radikal med 1-12 kolatomer och som kan vara substituerad med halogen eller en furyl- eller trimetylsilyl-grupp; en bensyl-, nitrobensyl-, fenyl-, bensofuranylgrupp, som kan vara substituerad med lägre alkyl, eller en fluorenylmetyl-grupp; R3 och R4, som kan vara lika eller olika, är en väteatom, metyl eller de bildar tillsammans med kväveatomen, vid vilken de är bundna en imidazolylring, och R6 och R7, som kan vara lika eller olika, är en alifatisk radikal med 1-12 kolatomer eller en cykloalifatisk radikal med högst 30 kolatomer och kan vara substituerad med en lägre 36 87645 alkyltio eller den andra kan vara en väteatom, mety1tioradikal eller lägre alkyloxiradikal, kännetecknat därav, att aminoföreningen med formeln ^Rl NH ^ R2 omsätts i närvaro av en haiogenvätesyra-acceptor vid en temp-eratur mellan -5 och +150oC med ett α-halogenerat derivat av en kolsyra med formeln R1 2-CH-0-C-Y I II X 0 där R1, R2 och Y avser det sanana som ovan, X är en fluor-, klor-eller bromatom och R^ är en väteatom eller alifatisk grupp med 1-4 kolatomer och som kan vara substituerad med en halogen-atom.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att X är en kloratom.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att R är en grupp, som allmännt används i peptidsynteser för skydd av aminosyrors aminogrupper. li Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknat därav, att det α-halogenerade derivatet är α-kloretyl etylkar-bonat, α-kloretyl tert-butylkarbonat, α-klor-etylfurfurylkar-bonat, α-kloretylbensylkarbonat, α-kloretylfenylkarbonat eller α-kloretyl 2,3-dihydro-2,2-dimetyl-7-bensofuranylkarbonat, 2 1,2,2,2-tetrakloretyl-tert-butylkarbonat, α-kloretyl-S-etyl-tiokarbonat, a-kloretoxikarbonylimidazol, 1,2,2,2-tetrakloretyl N-metylkarbamat, 1,2,2,2-tetraklor-etyl, 2-trimetylsilyletyl- 37 87645 karbonat eller 2-metyl-2-(metyltio)propanal O-[α-kloretyl-oxikarbonyl]-oxim.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, k ä n -netecknat därav, att R·*- och är allmänna radikaler av naturaminosyror eller syntetiska aminosyror.

Förfarande enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, k ä n -netecknat därav, att aminen är metylamin, dietylamin, di-n-butylamin, isobutylamin, n-oktylamin, etanolamin, bensyl-amin, imidazol, hexamety1en-imini, morfolin, dietanolamin, n-metyl-n-bensylamin, piperidin, L-fenylalanin, L-prolin, glycin-L-tyrosin, L-serin, L-asparakinsyra, etylglycinat, fenylglycinat eller prolin.
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, k ä n -netecknat därav, att reaktionen utförs i närvaro av en eller flera 1ösningsmedel, som är inerta avseende reagenserna.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, k ä n -netecknat därav, att lösningsmedlena är valda ur en grupp bestäende av klorerade alifatiska 1ösningsmedel, cykliska eller acykliska etrar, alkohol, aceton, pyridin, acetonitril eller dimety1 formamid. •
9. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 8 eller 9, k ä n n e - t e c k n a t därav, att 1ösningsmediet innehäller vatten.
10. Förfarande enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, k ä n -netecknat därav, att syra-acceptorn är en organisk eller epäorganisk bas.
11. Förfarande enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, k ä n -netecknat därav, att syraacceptorn är natriumhydroxid eller kaiiumhydroxid, natriumsulfit, natriumkarbonat eller -bikarbonat eller kaiiumkarbonat eller -bikarbonat, magnesium- : oxid, tertiär amin eller utgängsamin med formeln 38 87645 R1 \ NH R2^ där R^- och R2 avser det samma som ovan.
12. Förfarande enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, k ä n -netecknat därav, att den tertiära aminen är trietyla-min, pyridin eller N,N-dimety1 ani 1 in . I:
