Claims (5)

1. Sätt att behandla och framställa material, särskilt att behandla och framställa fritt rinnande, finfördelat metall-eller metallmatriskompositpulver bestäende av minst tvä komponenter, kännetecknat av att det omfattar följande steg: a) kompositpulvret blandas med ett organiskt bindemedel för bildande av ett pulveragglomerat, b) pulveragglomeratet utsätts för en sintreringsbehandling för eliminering av bindemedlet och ökande av kompositpulvrets mekaniska hällfasthet, c) kompositpulvret utsätts för klassificering, d) det klassificerade kompositpulvret värmebehandlas vid hög temperatur med värmebehandling i ätminstone ett steg för ätminstone partiell smältning av kompositpulvret och blandande av de skilda komponenterna med varandra, e) det värmebehandlade materialet nedkyls i fritt fallande rörelse tili ett material bestäende av väsentligen sfäriska partiklar.
2. Sätt enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att i kompositpulvret blandas bindemedel i en mängd av 1-4 vikt-% räknat pä mängden av kompositpulver.
3. Sätt enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att kompositpulvret värmebehandlas vid temperatur av minst 2500 °C.
4. Sätt enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att värmehandlingen av kompositpulvret utförs med plasma.
5. Sätt enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att vid nedkylning av det värmebehandlade materialet bildas sfäriska partiklar av vilka största delen har en partikelstorlek understigande 30 pm.
