Claims (10)
1. Användning av härdbara plastkompositioner, vil-ka efter avdunstandet av ett lösningsmedel bildar fysika-5 liskt torra och klara filmer och vilka härdas vid ruros-temperatur eller nägot förhöjd temperatur, som bindemedel för tryckfärger och övertryckslack, känneteck-n a d därav, att plastkompositionerna bestSr av (A) glycidylföreningar med flera än en epoxidgrupp per 10 molekyl och epoxidvärden mellan 0,4 och 0,7, (B) ätminstone en fast plastkomponent innehällande frla amlnogrupper, bestäende av en addukt, som har erhällits frän 1. ett överskott av en polyaminoamid, som omfat- 15 tar: a) dimer fettsyra, b) etylendiamin och c) ätminstone en ifali önskvärt substituerad och ifall önskvärt heteroatomer innehällande alifatisk och/ 20 eller cykloalifatisk diamin, varvid förhällandet b:c kan vara mellan 0,95:0,05 och 0,5:0,5, och 2. en glycidylförening med flera än en epoxidgrupp per molekyl och epoxidvärden mellan 0,4 och 0,7; 25 varvid högst 0,30 aminväteekvivalenter av polyaminoamiden enligt punkt 1 föraddukterats med glycidylföreningarna en-ligt punkt 2, och (C) en fast polyamid, som har erhällits frän a) dimer fettsyra och 30 b) etylendiamin samt ifall önskvärt c) ätminstone en ifall önskvärt substituerad och ifall önskvärt heteroatomer innehällande alifatisk och/ eller heterocyklisk diamin; varvid förhällandet b:c kan variera mellan 1,0:0 och 35 0,5:0,5 ekvivalenter, och 26 81 600 d) ätminstone en kort alifatisk monokarboxylsyra med rak kedja, i en mängd av 0,4-0,8 ekvivalenter räknat pä den totala syraekvivalenten; varvld väsentligen ekvivalenta mängder av syra- och amin-5 komponenter används och varvld förhällandet A:B kan vara som en väsentligen ekvivalent mängd och varvld förhällan-det A + B : C kan vara mellan 9:1 och 1,5:1, (D) aromatfria lösningsmedel och ifall önskvärt (E) pigment, färgämnen, bryggbildar- och flussmedel.
2. Användning av härdbara plastkompositloner en- ligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att som glycidylföreningar enligt punkt (A) används flytande aromatiska glycidyletrar, som baserar sig pä bisfenol A och/eller bisfenol F med epoxidvärden mellan 0,4 och 0,56, 15 och flytande alifatiska glycidyletrar, som baserar sig pä neopentylglykol, glycerin, hexandiol och diglycerin med epoxidvärden mellan 0,6 och 0,7.
3. Användning av härdbara plastkompositioner enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknad där- 20 av, att polyaminoamiden enligt punkt (B) 1. är en fast polyaminoamid, vars amintal är ca. 30-60.
4. Användning av härdbara plastkompositioner enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknad därav, att som kodiamin enligt punkt (B) 1. c) används l-amino-3- 25 aminometyl-3,5,5-trimetylcyklohexan, 1,2-diaminopropan, 1,6-diamino-2,2,4-(2,4,4)-trimetylhexan eller 1,12-di-amino-4,9-dioxadodekan.
5. Användning av härdbara plastkompositioner enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknad 30 därav, att 0,05-0,30 aminväteekvivalenter av polyaminoamiden enligt punkt (B) 1. föraddukteras med en glycidyl-eter enligt punkt (B) 2.
6. Användning av härdbara plastkompositioner enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, kännetecknad 35 därav, att som glycidylförening enligt punkt (B) 2. Il 27 8 1 6 0 0 används flytande aromatiska glycidyletrar, som baserar sig pä bisfenol A och/eller bisfenol F med epoxidvärden mellan 0,40 och 0,56, i mängder av 0,05-0,30 ekvivalenter.
7. Användning av härdbara plastkompositioner en- 5 ligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknad därav, att som glycidylförening enligt punkt (B) 2. används flytande allfatlska glycidyletrar, som baserar sig pä neopentylglykol, glycerin, hexandiol, diglycerin med epoxidvärden mellan 0,6 och 0,7, i mängder av 0,05-0,25 10 ekvivalenter.
8. Användning av härdbara plastkompositioner enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, kännetecknad därav, att som polyamider enligt punkt (C) används fasta, vaxartade polyamider, vars ring- och klotsmältpunkter är 15 150 °C eller lägre, varvid som kodiamin enligt punkt (C) c) används 1,6-diaminohexan, l,6-diamino-2,2,4(2,4,4)-trimetylhexan, 1,13-diamino-4,10-dioxatridekan, pipe-razin, N-amino-etylpiperazin, l,3-bis(4-piperidyl)propan och som monokarboxylsyra enligt punkt (C) d) ättiksyra, 20 propionsyra, smörsyra.
9. Förfarande för tryckning av ytor, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att som bindemedel används plastkompositioner enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-8.
10. Medel för förfarandet vid tryckning av ytor, 25 kännetecknat därav, att som bindemedel används plastkompositioner enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-8.
