Abstract

Esta invención se refiere a un reactivo estable en el almacenado, útil en inmuno-ensayos para detección y determinación de antígenos y anticuerpos. Estos reactivos consistente, idealmente, en un soporte sólido que ha sido recubierto bien directa o indirectamente con un antígeno o anticuerpo y estabilizado común recubrimiento azucarado para impartir una capacidad de almacenado. Una aplicación indirecta de anticuerpo o antígeno a un soporte supone por lo general un procedimiento en el cual el soporte sólido se cubre previamente con antígeno o anticuerpo para potenciar la adherencia del correspondiente anticuerpo o antígeno. Por ejemplo, si el soporte sólido ha de ser últimamente recubierto con antígeno de hepatitis A el soporte puede cubrirse previamente con anticuerpo de hepatitis A. En la unión , bien directa o indirecta, del antígeno o anticuerpo al soporte sólido, es deseable preservar la avidez del anticuerpo o la antigenicidad del antígeno. El método descubierto proporciona la manera de mantener la avidez y antigenicidad del inmuno absorbente expuesto por la aplicación de un recubrimiento azucarado.
