Abstract
Procedimiento para la regeneración de aceites exhaustos, caracterizado porque comprende las siguientes etapas: a) calentar el aceite en un primer horno; b) enviar el aceite calentado a una columna de pre destilación separando por la porción de cabeza el agua y los hidrocarburos ligeros; c) recuperar del fondo de la columna de pre destilación el aceite que es enviado a una sección de extracción con disolvente que elimina del propio aceite la mayor parte de las impurezas contenidas en el mismo; d) calentar el aceite que sale de la sección de extracción después de la separación del disolvente en un segundo horno; e) alimentar el aceite de la etapa de calentamiento a una etapa de destilación bajo vacío con una temperatura de fondo superior a los 300ºC , separando lateralmente las bases lubrificantes de menor viscosidad exentas de impurezas, siendo descargada por el fondo de la base lubrificante más pesada, en la cual se hall concentrada la totalidad de las impurezas remanentes; f) someter la base lubrificante más pesada a tratamiento térmico a una temperatura comprendida entre 300 y 450ºC, en condiciones adiabáticas, durante un período de tiempo que varía de 1 a 120 minutos g) someter la base lubrificante mas pesada, después del tratamiento térmico, a una segunda extracción con disolvente; h) enviar la base lubrificante pesada y las otras bases de menor viscosidad por separado a una etapa de hydrofinish.
