2. - Massage mat, according to claim 1, characterized in that the foam piece (2) has dimensions of about 40cm wide (a), about 90cm long (l) and about 8cm thick (g).

3. - Massage mat, according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the upper edge (2a) of the foam piece (2), i.e., the one closest to the hole (3) for the head, has a wedge-shaped cut (4) intended to ensure that in said upper area the thickness (g) of the mat (1) decreases when the user rests their forehead on it.

4. - Massage mat, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the hollow (3) of the foam piece (2) for fitting the head is connected with two channels (5) that extend from said hollow (3) towards the respective side edges (2b) of the rectangular foam piece (2), such that they allow the passage of air through them to facilitate the breathing of the user.

5. - Massage mat, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the foam piece (2) has a recess (6) in the central part of the lower edge (2c) thereof, such that when the user is placed face down on the mat (1), said recess (6) coincides with the groin area of the user.

4.- Massage mat, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it has a removable outer cover (7) that covers the foam piece (2) and is fixed to the head hole (3).

5. - Massage mat, according to claim 4, characterized in that the cover (7) has an upper face (7a) made of soft fabric with inner padding, and a lower face (7b) made of 3D fabric provided with multiple holes that give it very high air permeability.

6. - Massage mat, according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the cover (7) is removable and washable, having a zipper (8) and velcro pieces (9) coinciding with the area of the hole (3).

7. - Massage mat, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the foam piece (2) has a density of 25~30Kp/m3.
