Die Befestigung von Halteclips an Gehäusen von Kugelschreibern oder Schutzkappen von Füllfederhaltern erfolgte ursprünglich durch einen am Befestigungsende des Clips angeformten rechtwinklig zur Haltespange des Clips abgewinkelten Befestigungsring, der zwischen zwei miteinander verschraubten, verklebten oder auf andere Weise miteinander verbundenen Gehäuseteilen festgelegt wurde. Die Montage von Halteclips an aus Kunststoff gespritzten hülsenförmigen Gehäuseteilen, z.B. Kugelschreiber-Gehäusen, konnte demgegenüber dadurch wesentlich vereinfacht werden, daß am Ende der Haltespange eine Befestigungslasche mit seitlichen, rückwärts geneigten Zahnvorsprüngen vorgesehen wurde, die in eine im Gehäuseteil eingeformte komplementäre Befestigungsöffnung eingeschoben und durch die in das Kunststoffmaterial eindringenden Zahnvorsprünge gegen Zurückziehen verriegelt wird. Bei dünnwandigen hülsenförmigen Teilen aus Metall, bei denen eine solche Befestigung nicht möglich ist, wurde ein Halteclip der eingangs erwähnten Art (DE 26 678 C2) entwickelt, der sich durchaus bewährt hat und deshalb - in noch verbesserten Form (DE 86 03 372) - in großem Maße eingeführt hat. An Schreibgeräten mit gegenüber den Metallgehäusen dickwandigeren hülsenförmigen Gehäusen aus Kunststoff sind die bekannten Halteclips jedoch nicht verwendbar, weil sowohl die bei den Metallgehäusen verwirklichte verschwenkbare Lagerung des Halteclips durch von den Gehäusewänden in Ausnehmungen in den seitlichen lappenartigen Ansätzen eintretenden Vorsprünge als auch die beim verbesserten Halteclip vorgesehene Abhebesperre durch an den lappenförmigen Abschnitten vorgesehene Ansätze, die beim Anheben des freien Endes des Halteclips nach einem kurzen Abhebeweg an der Gehäusewandung zur Anlage kommen und dadurch eine Überdehnung der die Haltespange federnd in Anlage an das Gehäuse drängenden Zunge verhindern, in Kunststoff gehäusen nicht ohne weiteres verwirklichbar sind. Durch die federnde Anlage der Zunge 20 am Boden der Vertiefung 42 wird einerseits das obere Ende der Haltespange in der Befestigungsöffnung gehalten und andererseits der am freien Ende der Haltespange durch die Verbreiterungen 18 und die zurückgekantete Verlängerung 30 gebildete Klemmpunkt in federnde Anlage an der Außenfläche des Gehäuseteils 36 gehalten. Aus den vergrößerten Darstellungen der Fig. 4a und 4b ist erkennbar, daß im ersten Fall der mittlere Bereich 24' des Zungenabschnitts 24 mit Abstand von den fahnenartigen Vorsprüngen 2 6 verläuft, während dieser Bereich in der in Fig. 3b veranschaulichten Stellung der Haltespange dann durch die elastische Verformung der Zunge 2 0 zwischen den lappenartigen Abschnitten an den Vorsprüngen 26 anliegt und ein weiteres Abheben des Klemmpunkts nicht mehr oder allenfalls durch Verformung der Haltespange selbst möglich ist. Durch die vom Stegteil 12 abgewinkelten seitlichen streifenförmigen Bereiche 16 ist die Haltespange aber - selbst bei Herstellung aus dünnem Blechmaterial - derart versteift, daß eine solche Verformung der Haltespange selbst in der Praxis nicht vorkommt. Von den fahnenartigen Vorsprüngen 2 6 werden also keine konzentrierten Scherbeanspruchungen auf das Gehäuse ausgeübt, welche diese beschädigen könnten. 1.
