Die Erfindung betrifft einen Konvektorheizkörper mit von einem Heizmedium durchströmten zueinander parallel verlaufenden, in Einbaulage horizontal angeordneten Rohren, die jeweils in stirnseitig vorgesehene, eine Druckkammer bildende vertikale Sammelkanäle münden.The invention relates to a convector radiator with tubes through which a heating medium flows, which run parallel to one another and are arranged horizontally in the installed position, each of which opens into vertical collecting channels provided on the front side and forming a pressure chamber.
Derartige Heizkörper sind beispielsweise aus der DE 101 55 989 A1 und der AT - PS 310 383 bekannt. Herkömmliche Konvektorheizkörper mit parallel zueinander in einer Ebene angeordneten Flachheizrohren werden im Bereich der Sammelrohre durch eine so genannte Materialbrücke verbunden, durch die der Spalt zwischen den Schmalseiten der Flachheizrohre wasserdicht geschlossen ist. Die Sammelrohre werden dabei durch eine um sie umlaufende Schweißnaht mit den Flachheizrohren und mit den Materialbrücken dichtend verbunden. Ein derartiger Heizkörper ist beispielsweise aus der CH - PS 672 951 bekannt. Ein Heizkörper eines anderen Typs ist aus der CH - PS 592290 bekannt. Hier sind an den vertikalen Sammelrohren mehrere horizontale Flachrohre übereinander und gleichzeitig im Abstand voneinander flachseitig durch Buckelschweißen derart angebracht, dass ein jedes Flachrohr mit jedem Sammelrohr über zwei Öffnungen kommuniziert. Um Deformationen des Flachrohres während der Ausübung des Schweißdruckes zu verhindern, müssen zusätzliche Stützteile in den Flachrohren eingezogen werden, was zu hohen Materialkosten und einer relativ aufwendigen Konstruktion führt. Der in den Figuren 1 und 2 dargestellte Konvektorheizkörper 1 besitzt drei im Querschnitt rechteckige, zueinander parallele Längsrohre bzw. Kanäle 2, die sich in ein Kopfstück bzw. einen vertikalen Sammelkanal 3 erstrecken. In den schematischen Zeichnungen ist jeweils nur ein vertikaler Sammelkanal 3 dargestellt. Der Sammelkanal 3 kann aber auch beidseitig angeordnet sein. Die stirnseitig vorgesehenen, eine Druckkammer bildenden vertikalen Sammelkanäle 3 werden durch einen Deckel 4 gebildet, der formschlüssig mit der gegenüberliegenden Querschnittsfläche 5 der horizontal übereinander angeordneten Rohre 2, des Heizkörpers 1 verbunden ist. Die formschlüssige Verbindung wird durch die Formstücke 7 und 6 gebildet, die als statische Elemente dienen und vorzugsweise eingeschweißt sind.
